The girl name Alex working there is disrespectful the whole crew wasn’t nice asked nicely for my food but because there were some of the orders where using a promo she said she is not doing the food and I am using other accounts. After waiting in the drive thru I wouldn’t recommend this branch at all if you have any dignity and respect for your self.

Nasty place. I found a bug twice inside kids meal hamburgers, also once we found hair inside the fries. Employee's are very rude, if people complain or disagree with anything, they said go somewhere else to buy food. My pleasure to go somewhere else. They lie to people that they make food fresh from scratch, when they literally sell nasty frozen food with bugs in it 🤮🤮🤮

Rob has helped me in the drive through the past 3 mornings. He is always pleasant and cheerful. The food is delicious. I've not had any issues any time I've been here. I work in the area so it's very convenient for breakfast and lunch
Food was cold and I just got 2 hard shell tacos and some nachos and the guy messed them up, I said no guacamole and he put a lot on it and I asked for extra enchilada sauce and it was cold my tacos were cold and now you have to pay for Pico which you never had before. I probably won't go back ever again. Not happy about the service nor the fact my food was extremely cold, and my friend got a taco salad and her shell had a huge hole in it. I gave up on waiting forever to get my food heated up. You guys have lost a lot of business. Please make it right or else you have lost a lot of people. Yes I will report you company to the health department. Then you guys had roaches all over your mild and hot sauce and Ranch not at all clean. This one was on cornhusker. NEVER AGAIN. I HAVE DONE ENOUGH FOOD SERVICE AND ITS NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH FOR A ANIMAL TO EAT AT.

I recently visited this Amigos (on Cornhusker Hwy) and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, the customer service I received was lacking in professionalism and basic courtesy. Both staff members (Isabella & Christina) that I interacted with was dismissive and unhelpful, which made resolving my issue unnecessarily difficult.
What was most concerning was the poor attitude displayed. Rather than addressing my concerns, I felt that my needs were brushed off, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I was treated with impatience, and it seemed as though the staff did not value my time or business.
Customer service is a critical part of any business, and I believe there’s significant room for improvement in how issues are handled and how customers are treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more positive experience for future customers.
