Terrible experience. Waited on food for way over an hour. 2 tables behind us both came in after us and had gotten their food and ate and paid and left before we ever got our food. Steak had no flavor, quesadilla burger was not good. Only plus is that we got our appetizer we ordered for free, as well as a 2nd free appetizer. Restaurant was not busy at all.

We went to this Applebee's that it was on my want to go Google list since most of the Applebee's in Kansas city are closed for Good that I had a blue raspberry lemonade that actually had a Taffy in it and it was really sweet and also have the neighborhood burger and it was pretty good and the service was really slow. We're not a whole lot there and also that the server had served the wrong thing to my dad that my dad wanted the bourbon chicken.

This is the SECOND AND LAST TIME WE WILL EVER EAT HERE. Get curbside to go for a second time. We live outside a town and for a second time we get home and guess what ? We didn’t get everything we ordered. Had the correct number of containers but missing coleslaw and fries. Not to mention had to call in twice to get our order. Then to get home and missing some of it AGAIN. THEIR response oh you wanna come back and get what you are missing. Yeah let me drive 15 miles back to fkn town!! Then you want a tip. A tip for what missing part of an order and having to call in twice to finally get your food. Drive 15 miles home and find part of its missing AGAIN.

It took 20 minutes for someone to even come to our table. When my girlfriend and I placed our orders, the waiter didn’t write anything down, then came back with the wrong food. When I pointed it out, a woman gave me a look like I was lying—completely disrespectful. She then said, “I can’t let you have both because that would be, you know…”—which was unnecessary. Just fix the order and be polite.
This Applebee’s is genuinely awful and fully deserves its 2-star rating. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to remake my food, with no apology for wasting an hour and a half of my day over a burger and some chicken. This was on a Friday, and I counted only six other customers eating with four waiters working. No excuse for service this bad.

Went in with a group of friends to have a girls night came in at 9 and had to wait 2 hours just to get our food this was very sad then was offered desert but turned it down cause nun of us do sweets the experience was just bad our sever said he had forgotten to even put our meal in then to top it off my friend had ordered her steak medium rare just for it to be fully cooked it was just all bad I normally never leave reviews this had to be my first ever I’m honestly just upset of the matter

Normally I am not one to complain but what happened was beyond ridiculous. We arrived again 9 pm. It was not busy at all. We ordered drink and appetizer. Then we ordered our food. 1st not only did our 2nd appetizer not come out for 45 min. We waited 2 HOURS for our food. And mine wasn't even correct. I was absolutely fuming. We did speak to the manager which i thought we got the situation taken care of but then proceeded to wait 30 min for our ticket. And it only made me more pissed we were there for 2 1/2 hrs and I only got one meal taken off. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I understand the situations, I've worked in the food business so i get it, but this was way past ridiculous. I has a $82 ticket and only $22 was taken off. For having to wait 2 1/2 hours. I will never be returning.

The second I left they came over to bus my unused table. Avoid this place and their blue/pink hair staff at all costs. Now where will I spend my $60 gift card?
