decided to come to applebees after being on the road for five hours, came in and got told there’s a wait witch is completely understandable for a friday night but the restaurant was haft full. the lady in front of us got fed up and asked how much longer until she would be sat and he took her straight to a table and just left us there. we get to our table and our waitress came over to us after 5 minutes and pulled a chair out and SAT down and took our drink/food order, being a server i would never EVER think that’s okay and it’s very unprofessional!! we got our food order and everything tasted great but she told us she would bring us refills and never did? we had to wait until she brought us our bill when we were done with our food! she never once checked up on us or even filled our drinks up the entire time. I hate to be the one to complain but this was ridiculous and the worse service i’ve ever experienced going out to eat!

The chicken fajita roll up was missing the dipping sauce. I didn’t realize it until I was finished with my meal. I wasn’t greeted when I first came in. The employee at the front apparently wasn’t working and was just waiting for her friend, who was also the greeter. He finally appeared and walked me to a table that was still a little dirty. He wiped it off before giving me the menu. I waited at least 5 minutes before the waiter came to the table. By then I already knew what I wanted. The waiter told me that they were “slammed “, but it wasn’t that busy. A lot of teenagers were there. I guess the restaurant was a hangout on Friday night. Kind of noisy! This was the second time I’ve eaten here in 2 months and Friday night was my last.

Waited an hour and the restaurant was barely 1/3 full. Every plate was cold. 2 plates were not to order. None of the salads had dressing. Sauce pretty much nonexistent on wings. They forgot sides also. Didn't have spoons for kids yogurt and didn't have strawberries as the menu said it would. Cold chicken and shrimp put on a hot plate. They asked if they could clear the table, I said yes and handed them a plate, and they handed me back the plate and said "we will just wait and get it later."

Restaurant is less than 1/2 full at 6 pm. Very slow. Most of our plates were cold. The extra gelled shrimp I ordered with my chicken was brought out cold on my wife’s side salad. kids yogurt advertised with strawberries but came out plain. Honey Chicken dry and no sauce at all on the chicken.

We received raw chicken on our southwest bowl. Our bourbon Street chicken and shrimp came with (no exaggeration) 2 tablespoons worth of mashed potatos. Mens bathroom had toilet water all over. Wait staff was friendly but slow.

Ordered delivery through Applebees online. We received multiple updates through doordash and after an hour the driver was waiting at the restaurant to pick up our food. We received a call from Applebees that they would not be able to complete the order and there was nothing they could do. When we tried to call back to put in a new order and have one of our employees pick it up, they would not answer the phone. Disappointing since this is a place our office likes to order from but we will not be ordering from here again!

Wasn’t feeling well so ordered delivery. I ordered a steak prepared medium and there was ZERO moo left in it. Broccoli was so overcooked and mushy it wasn’t edible. Lettuce was shriveled up and not fresh. Tried calling several times then finally had someone answer. I waited over 20 minutes then got hung up on. I tried calling back several times and no one would answer. I understand being short-staffed but maybe it’s time to close this location. The service and quality of food have plummeted, unfortunately.

I normally have ok experience at Applebees but last night 3/2 was the worst. When we arrived with our part of 8 we were sat at two different tables they didn’t offer to move them together for us nothing! The floors were gross and sticky the table was gross. We ordered about 150 in food and drinks the kids Mac n cheese and fries were gross Mac n cheese was dried and look reheated the fries were cold and my child woke up with what I assume was food poisoning. My chicken bacon Mac was bone dried the tenders were over cooked no sauce and waiter was going to bring bread stick but it never made it to out table. The three cheese chicken penne was forgotten and instead of cooking it right they cooked it in a microwave. It was under cooked. I also waited a good 20 min before I even got my plate. I talked to the waiter and his response is well that’s how that comes referencing to the Mac n cheese. Not even trying to make it right. Not for any of the meals we received. I also tried to call I don’t think it’s fair that I’m shelling out money for mediocre food. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

A few of us went for dinner one night after staff meetings all day. It was a nice place to relax and also have a sit down meal with each other. We all had various items off the menu and shared an order of pub pretzels with beer cheese. Those pretzels were amazing! They really hit the spot! They closed at 9 PM the night we were there but we all had a long day and were ready to call it a night anyway!Parking: The parking lot is a little small and I had some difficulty with my full size pickup. Not a big deal.
