Sunday after church arrived 11:30 hardly any one was there but the service was super slow when food came fries were cold waitress said I guess they couldn't get your chicken to cook .....

The food was absolutely terrible. It was cold and the hamburger was undercooked.
Plus never got all the items I ordered. Never will eat there again!

We waited over an hour for our food, 45 minutes just for our salads, and then our appetizer. This was 5:30pm on a Tuesday night. They weren’t busy. The waitress kept saying “I’m sorry, it’s only my 2nd day”. We approached the manager and he took no responsibility for the poor service, just said “we’re busy”. :(

The 4 cheese Mac n Cheese w Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders RUINED my night. After two bites I told my server I didn’t like it and asked if he would get in trouble if I sent it back. he didn’t take it back, and worse, he didn’t take it off my tab. I even prayed to god that it wouldn’t appear on my bill. Regrettably I have lost a little faith in Apple Bees customer service and god himself. NO HATE to my server tho he seemed really busy and was cool. <3

I asked for 2 sides of broccoli since potatoes do not agree with me. I yet again received the mashed potatoes. Plz get it right. Pretty plz! Other than that the food is good. Ppl should get what they pay for. I’m sure the potatoes are good but “I” have to throw them out when I bring them home :( and I’m out a vegetable.

We ordered the 2 for 30 meals. Starting with Spinach Artichoke dip. It was horrible! Tasteless and thin as milk. Burgers were crunchy burned at the top, very dry. Fries cold and greasy. (This happens) my salad was very nice. The food is never like this when I eat in. Lesson learned.
