Horrible service. Server was rude and nearly knocked my wife’s phone out of her hand with a drink reaching across the table. Ordered food and still didn’t have it after an hour. They told us they were waiting on fries, and there were multiple people around us that came in after that had their food…..with fries. We have eatten at this specific Applebees for years .. the last 2 visits were awful. 6 months ago we walked out . Tonight , we had a party of 7, we waited 15 minutes at the door before being seated. 15 minutes to get our sever and over an hour before any food hit our table. Food was cold and tasted like they haven’t changed the grease for months . Our waitress was trying, but she has tables all over the restaurant , zero organization for the wait staff. Went on nov 4th to which it took almost 2 hours to get our food for our food to be messed up 3x. And I was served an absolutely RAW steak. Horrible and I mean horrible experience!

Others experienced delays, such as ordering at 6 pm for pickup that was ready after 7, and issues with the app for pickup not working. The burger specials were cooked perfectly, juicy, and delicious, and the waiter was attentive and kind.
