Once again, subpar service at this location on Village dr In Lincon NE. I've eaten here 3 times now, the last one with a group of 13 since it is close to work. Keep in mind a work group is usually on a tight schedule. We arrived at 12:00 most at the same time. Serive was slow, not all the wait staffs fault. But the appetizers came out about 15 minutes appart, we ordered at the same time drink orders were taken, but my meal, and I ordered first, took over an hour, the rest of the group was finished up and ready to head back to the office. I had to walk in the kitchen to tell them I need mine now to go since they were so slow. Again not the first time with subpar service. I for one will NEVER eat at this location again. Strike three...

We ordered the burger specials and they were cooked perfectly, just as we requested! They were juicy and delicious! The waiter, Carl was awesome. He was attentive and kind! Our only complaint was that it was so cold in the restaurant. There was cold air blowing through frequently and not just when people came in the door. It would have been nice to take off our coats and be warm enough to eat without them but it was way too cold to take our coats off!! Some warmth and heat would have given the 5th star!

It was kinda chilly in there, for a day that is in the teens with a snow storm on the way I thought it would've been a little more cozy/comfortable. All other things were the way you'd expect from "Your neighborhood grill".

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had at an eating establishment. Half the food we ordered for carry out was missing and despite the restaurant management (Denae, Vince and Dante) acknowledging this it has been three months and we have still not been refunded or comped in any way for this.
Our previous dine-in experience was not impressive either as the tone was set by disgustingly sticky carpet throughout the restaurant and moderately warm food served.
Edit: We did finally receive a refund from the restaurant management. It seems the franchise (RMH) is the bigger issue as the payroll department wouldn’t approve or run the refund due despite multiple requests by the restaurant management they do so. In the time it took to resolve our issue it seems that the regional manager also became no longer with the company. RMH franchise has no feasible way for their customers to reach them as there is no phone number for them on their website and their link to a form to contact them is broken. The Better Business Bureau even had to close our case due to no response from the company. What a joke!

It was absolutely awful! Simple orders of soup, burgers, fries, coffee & water for 4 adults & 2 kids took 30-45 minutes with no interaction with staff. Delivered food was barely warm. Manager finally have poor excuse for delay & minimal discount. Extremely disappointed.

I only rare chains when something is subpar so management knows they need to improve. I had the chicken tortilla soup. Very good. Then fish and chips, this is where things went sideways. French fries were old. couldn't eat them. When asked, I mentioned it. Coleslaw was just cabbage with an ice cube till you get to the sauce on the bottom. I like Applebee's, just this time it was not the best.

Called ahead for a small party. (10). Was seated. Ordered appetiters. Served without plates or silverware 40 minutes later. It wasn't finger foods but was eaten as such. Ordered salads. Served without silverware 1 1/2 hrs later. Had to find silverware. Drinks took 1 1/2 hrs to be served. Food took 2 1/2 hrs to be served. Some items ordered and was told an hr after ordering that they were out. No menus to members of the party that joined late but drinks ordered. Food tasted old and tasted like they rushed to cook it. Use to be a favorite spot but now will be driving to other locations. They were not busy at all for a Saturday evening. No offer to adjust bill for compensation. Friendly staff at least. But was told all this was because of one cook.

This Applebee's was far below expectations. Our server was not friendly and did the bare minimum to "serve" us. We watched other tables come in after us, yet get served and leave before us. We were not offered & didn't receive water. She just seemed to avoid our table of 3 altogether. Each time we needed something, we had to look for her and engage her to come to the table. The food was only fair. The drinks were very weak. This was not a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I will not return.

The restaurant was nice, neat, and look good. My dish is delicious, taste was great & the chicken is tender. But It took a while for the dishes to come but it was hot ? & delicious. Look like they lacked staff during lunch. Me & my boss have a good conversation about our business while enjoying our lunch.
