The manager and 2 other people working and I'm the only one in there. It takes over 10 mins for them to take my order. Waited another 25 mins for my food. The floor everywhere was slippery like they moped with grease. Go to a different one

Went through the drive through. The food was on point, but I was the only customer (either in-store or drive through) and my food took a minute. Whatever, worth it. Got a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich.. yup. Super satisfying. One of those types of things that hits the spot when you don't know what sounds good to eat so you just order the first thing that catches your eye at the first place you stop. Staff was very nice though.

Went to lunch today ordered Angus cheesesteak hoagie took three bites tasted terrible. My friend ate his butt said he would never order it again. I took mine up and said that I didn’t like it and they said that they would fix it for me, but I told him you can’t fix it. I don’t like it Taste it terrible the sauce was bad and I would never be able to eat another one they said, would you ice would you like something else? I suggest give me a regular roast beef and cheddar and they said OK but then they try to charge me for it after I spent $14 and always took three bites of the Sandwich. Do you think they would just give me a one of the cheapest sandwiches they got it ain’t like I ate over half of the sandwich. I barely ate some. They told me they couldn’t do that so I said bad customer service I won’t be back. No advise everybody else to do the same because if you don’t like what you get, they make you pay for something to replace it even though you barely touched it. Not gonna ring their dinner bill hang in there ever again

Went through drive thru and got a French dip with no dip!! No aujus, tried calling the store no answer, ran under poor management, guy in the drive was so short and rude with us. Won't be returning

DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst Arbys in Lincoln. Couldn’t remember anything from my order and waited for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready before I got there but turned out wrong. Sandwich was cold and fries were cold. Even thought I got there before my order was even ready. Cold and got it wrong. Staff has no respect or no care for work. After waiting for my meal the member of the staff asked “what you need”.

Food was good, just portion size seams to be getting smaller every time we stop there. To a point where we don't feel worth the money anymore
I don’t know how I got there. I thought it was only for cowboys, a man who works on a train. A man on a horse or truck. But inside I saw woman, children…..anuone Can Eat Arby even MY Self! the problem begin when my samdwich has Leafs of Meat on it. I asked What? Is Happening. And the everyone ignored me. I was feeling like Im A Ghost? Walking. the Earth? I feel something else….The same feeling I have at Wendy Hamburger Restatrant. that Wendy , a young person who never gets old, watches me eat a whole meal inclusing drink and frys. Now why would she be watchng me at Arby???! Because I aam a ghost? a. OR IS WENDY AND ARBY THE SAME PERSON? My answer has to be “YES” . This needs to have beeen told to me before I ordered my Beef here. Pleas listen to me and do this. And the meat need to be less thin. Like I said it was LEAF sized, Im not okay!
