Thy worst experience of drive thur in my life. Waited 15 minutes with no one letting us know how much longer or a simple update. Watched 2 employees on their phones, Had to call the store to get someone to talk to update. The manager didn’t acknowledge and made an excuse that jalapeño poppers take a while when that wasn’t even our order and we were literally the only car. Got home a had the wrong sandwiches .A simple acknowledgement would have be fine. But to make up something after waiting already 15 minutes and not a simple acknowledgement is terrible management skill. Never coming to this Arby’s again.

The main issue I've found with Arby's is how they assemble the sandwiches and how sloppy they are. This was not what happened. Our sandwiches were made well and our fries were fresh. My fiance tried the fried Mac n cheese balls and said they were his new favorite thing. The restaurant was clean and the service was great.

This Arby's was the fastest, friendliest one I've ever eaten at. The dining room was very clean and we visited during lunch hour. Our order was made promptly and everything was delicious!Parking: There aren't a lot of parking spaces in the lot and it's kind of difficult to get to coming from the west on O street.

My wife ordered a fish sandwich and wasn't even fully cooked still soggy and management did nothing about it. I ordered a French dip and had almost no meat and only a quarter cup a au jus and when we told them they said we had to pay more for more than 2 pieces of meat and au jus. Never coming back to this location. We go to 27th and hwy 2 once a week and have never had such a terrible experience. Don't go to 56th and o street arbys!
