We had been seeing the commercial for the new Steak Nuggets on TV and were looking forward to trying them, so we went today to try them and watch the Ravens game. When we got home, we were completely disappointed. The Steak Nuggets were small and overcooked, like they had been in grease too long or under a heat lap and wilted. We will not be going back to this location ever and my never try the Steak bites again at this pont.

Haven't been to Arby's in years last time I had it i remember just how bad it was, BUT time can change a place and why not Arby's so like most people who choose fast food i took the drive thru and it was relatively quick. Homie even offered my dog a treat. Got the food home, and took everything of the bag (napkins were included). Since the sandwich was bad last time I was gonna save it for last. Considering everyone and thier mom know's Arby's fries are good i ordered the Jalapeño bits cause dont see those as often and was impressed. Either they were good or the sauce made them excellent. Next was the sandwich some brisket sandwich that looked good on the menu picture. When I opened the box it came in it was greasy, but not too greasy which too me is expected like it's fast food. From there I'd let my taste buds decide. Took a bite and bam!!! not only did it impress but I will be getting Arby's again!

When I ask for Extra lettuce on my Fish Sandwich this is exactly what I mean! Went through the drive thru shortly before closing. Sandwich and fries were great! 8 piece Jalapeño Popper only had 7 😪. They were yummy too.

I went through the drive thru and the place was completely empty no cars in the parking lot very few people inside. I approached the menu board and the lady greeted me and I didn't say anything yet because I was asking my children what they would like and she rudely sighed in the microphone and said can she help me find anything so rudely and I was like no one moment I'm sorry , and then when I ordered she kept talking over me and I found that so rude. Once we got to the window she handed the drinks out so fast that I spilled one, then didn't say sorry just handed me napkins. She was an older lady. Very rude.

Consistently failed to have online orders with 5 minute ETAs ready until twenty to thirty minutes after I arrived. I'm done dealing with hangry kids for half an hour while sitting in an empty lobby watching people come and go and seeing the drive through get one car every few minutes, then being told they're "backed up" after I point out how long my order took.
You probably won't wait half an hour in the drive through, but it's clear online orders are the last priority, even if you're already here.
