We had been seeing the commercial for the new Steak Nuggets on TV and were looking forward to trying them, so we went today to try them and watch the Ravens game. When we got home, we were completely disappointed. The Steak Nuggets were small and overcooked, like they had been in grease too long or under a heat lap and wilted. We will not be going back to this location ever and my never try the Steak bites again at this pont.

When I ask for Extra lettuce on my Fish Sandwich this is exactly what I mean! Went through the drive thru shortly before closing. Sandwich and fries were great! 8 piece Jalapeño Popper only had 7 😪. They were yummy too.

I went through the drive thru and the place was completely empty no cars in the parking lot very few people inside. I approached the menu board and the lady greeted me and I didn't say anything yet because I was asking my children what they would like and she rudely sighed in the microphone and said can she help me find anything so rudely and I was like no one moment I'm sorry , and then when I ordered she kept talking over me and I found that so rude. Once we got to the window she handed the drinks out so fast that I spilled one, then didn't say sorry just handed me napkins. She was an older lady. Very rude.

Consistently failed to have online orders with 5 minute ETAs ready until twenty to thirty minutes after I arrived. I'm done dealing with hangry kids for half an hour while sitting in an empty lobby watching people come and go and seeing the drive through get one car every few minutes, then being told they're "backed up" after I point out how long my order took.

You probably won't wait half an hour in the drive through, but it's clear online orders are the last priority, even if you're already here.

double check your order before you leave the store. I picked up a burrito bowl. that was missing my large chips and my large guacamole. I reported it in the app but that doesn't do me any good tonight.

Absolutely love going here always such a great atmosphere we leave with smiles and full bellys! Kid friendly as well!!

Kid-friendliness: They are always so friendly with the kids smile and being patient. My kids love the toys they get in their food bags as well

Sat at drive thru order board behind a lady for 10 minutes while the lone other vehicle was at the window the whole time. The lady drove off mad about something. I ordered and proceede to the window where this truck had now been there over 10 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes they never had the guy pull forward just left me and the csr behind sitting there. I finally had enough after this vehicle had been at the window for close to 30 minutes and I drove off. I will never return to this Arby's again. No respect for the customer.
