Went to this Arby’s to get food, didn’t bother even ordering after I tried using the women’s restroom. I walked into the women’s restroom where there are two stalls with fully functioning doors and locks, and a male employee was using the women’s restroom without bothering to shut the stall door. I ended up walking out and I’m not sure if the male employee bothered to wash his hands when he came out of the women’s restroom all worked up.

Service took 20 minutes for a simple order, then messed up what I received anyways. Avoid this location, they do not know what they are doing. Every time I drive by it is empty, and if I see a car in the drive thru, I am surprised and feel bad for them because I know their order will be wrong.

We ordered in the drive-thru, the young man was very kind and enthusiastic. The food quantity was lacking. I received crinkle fries when I did not ask for them and they were cold and stale. I thought curly fries were the standard at Arby's. The beef and cheese was missing half of the meat.
Steak bites are more like dry steak morsels.
