I had came in for dinner. Asked for a few extra Arby's sauce and to make sure the fries were fresh. They gave me no Arby's sauce in the drive through and so I came in to the store, thinking they forgot and they were very rude and said they could only give me 4 when I came in. The fries were cold and some how the mozzarella sticks were as well. Terrible customer service all the way around

I pulled up at 10:45. 15 minutes before close. There were already 2 cars in the drive thru in front of me. Yet when I got to the speaker to place my order I was met with silence. Nobody came on the speaker to take my order and they just pretended I wasn’t there. I’m guessing they decided they didn’t want to make any more food so they took it upon themselves to ignore a paying customer. I know it sucks to go somewhere right before they close. But I work late so late night drive thrus end up being my best option sometimes. It just seems crazy to me that they would pretend I wasn’t even there while there were still 2 other cars in the drive thru. After 5 minutes I gave up and left. Don’t know that I’ll be back after that.

I was here 2 days ago between 2-330. The window lady was very friendly and professional The food came out piping hot (ordered a Reuben) and actually thick with meat Thank you for being awesome in the drive-thru

Got My Loaded Fries in a Hamburger box, all cheese in 1 spot, all ranch in another spot. Stale fries (Probably leftovers). - Drive thru Next time i'm going inside.
I wasn't feeling well so we ordered through door dash. I got a medium lemonade with my meal, I had to pay $1.16 extra for the good lemonade when it came it was in a small cup. So not only do you pay extra for the "good stuff" they give you less than what you should get. Make it make sense.
