Couple of my friends went as paying guests couple days ago couple of employees rude and disrespectful they said if they come back again they will call the cops they didn't do anything wrong this location lost 3 paying guests

I can't quite understand how the counter service can be so slow, and the orders so inexact. Maybe there's a lot of staff turnover. It felt as though no employee understood the requirements of their job.

01/18/25 i order my food on line said it was going to be ready at 1:12pm I showed at 1:15 and still wasn't ready there was 4 other customers in there and they said they were waiting 20 minutes still didn't have there food i finally got my food at 1:32 pm there was 5 employees I could see this is understandable service and they acted like it wasn't a big deal to other customers walked in and we all told that they will be waiting for longer them it was worth one customer asked for his money back and all of a sudden.His photos ready after he waited twenty minutes

Jarod at the drive thru window was very pleasant after a long drive :)
Haven't been to this location in a year or so. Compared to my last visit, the food was fresh, the wait was short and the staff was incredibly friendly! Whoever the gentleman was working the drive thru window today at noon, please make sure he gets a raise or bonus soon! He was kind, cordial and made my lunch hour much better, just through our interaction! Kudos!

For fast food Arby’s is one of a few go to places
I tend to just eat the meat and leave the carbs behind.
The brisket isn’t terrible and I like the gyro ok Much rather get these from a mom and pop bbq joint well off the beaten path but for a quick stop on the road its way better than the Golden Arches

The food was cold, we had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get our food. It's a nightmare never going back to that Arby's they also took away there potato cakes away and that was so stupid on corporate.
The drive-through was quite disorganized they were taking orders from one lane repetitively and didn't take any from the lane I was in until after I called the restaurant not amusing.

Absolutely worst location been there several times and everytime only half my order makes it in the bag. I would avoid this location if you can, if you must make sure to check your order before leaving.
