This was the worst Arby's I have ever ate from. The food was terrible. They shorted me chicken strips. The steak bite sandwich was terrible. I'm not even sure that's what you would even call it. The first thing my brain said when I bite into it was cold crap. The chicken strips looked and tasted like they came from the caveman era. The curly fries were so old and hard you could use them as weapons. Avoid for your safety.

Stay away. Got served Steak Bites that were past their throw out time. Placed the order at 6:30 pm on 11/25. Bottom of the bowl said it was prepared by Wendy at 9:30 am on 11/24 and to use by 9:30 am 11/25. Unfortunately saw this after I already finished them.
Order was through Door Dash, but I called the resturant directly to let them know for other customers and got a pretty cannsd response that they would talk to their team about it. Didn't seem to take it seriously at all.

Food was ice cold. Said “the meat mountain was supposed to be a cold sandwich” that was blatantly false because I’ve had this sandwich before and it’s been hot and safe to consume.
The chicken strips tasted like they’d just been taken out of a refrigerator.
When I told them all this, they did nothing. Never coming back to this location.
