AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! I just had thee worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered through the app and fudged my order. They not only refused to swap out a roast beef for a fish sandwich (literally a mix n' match order) for my 8 month pregnant wife, but also he copped an attitude with me and was extremely short. Mike, the Asst. Manager, who was the one giving me attitude took zero ownership as management to make it right, as I should have gotten $3 off an order of $10+ as well as that is the only reason I used the app. He said I'd have to call Corporate which I will be doing Monday morning, 0800 sharp. We've given this location north of $1,000 over the years but this may be the last time. Ridiculous experience!

Quick non congested exit from i80. They get the job done.
Walked inside before 8 pm. No acknowledgement. Decided what to order walked to the register. Still no acknowledgement or help. Manager looked at us and told 1 employee to clock out. Employee looked at us had issues clocking out called manager over. Manager looked at us started talking to the employee helped him, pulled the drawer, finished conversation and walked away. Still nothing said to us. 3rd employee filling drive through orders at the front looked our way several times and nothing no hi, be with you soon nothing. We were there 10 to 15 minutes and walked out. Lobby not busy at all. I will acknowledge the drive through was busy. But I don't feel it's too much to ask for a verbal acknowledgement to show they know your there and are working to get to you asap. Had this happened we would have stayed. The minimum customer service needs to improve.

This Arby’s gets a lot of business but it would make more money if there were more employees during certain hours. Every time I’m in the drive through, it takes a good while, but it seems like there aren’t very many people inside. Multiple people leave the drive through after waiting over 20 minutes. The lady in the drive-through today was lovely but it seemed like they could use more help.
