I have been eating Auntie Annes for years but the last time I was at Gateway Mall I purchased a pretzel. It was amazing. It was soft and buttery and the perfect amount of salt. I can’t wait to go back and have another.
My catering experience was perfect. Drop off was quick, pretzels were hot, co workers were happy.

The whole place was clean and the guy who was rolling the pretzels (who I assume to be manager) was very friendly when I was in line and made the place feel welcoming. When I got to the register the girl at the register was very sweet and all smiles and when I was eating the pretzel was hot and fresh

How hard is it to make a pretzel? Told me it would take 6 min amd took like 15. The pretzel maker was somewhere in outer space. The pretzel came out burnt to a crisp and when i asked for a new one they scolded me. So much for customer service. Had to wait another 6 min which again was more like 15. Auntie Anne would not be happy with these clowns. I know working for $12 is a joke, but you agreed to it, so own it. Next time I'll buy a box of frozen pretzels and make my own. Look at the other reviews. This place is a disaster. Thumbs down, no stars.

This place has really gone down hill since the manager left. So sad, she really turned the place around. Will not be coming back. SAD. Found a hair imbedded in my pretzel bites and when i brought it back, the girl with glasses making the pretzels LAUGHED. Clearly do not care about customers’ safety. No wonder there is never a line anymore…

I have gotten pretzels there maybe 3 times over the past 4 months and every time they have been burnt. Went there last night was told it would be about a 10 minute wait for our pretzels. After waiting 30 minutes we were told they hadn’t even started making them. Finally after another 15 minutes we got our pretzels. They apologized and said they had staff walkouts. But the fact that 12 people ordered after us and they all had been long gone by time we got ours. Then to top it off we get home and those pretzels were burnt as well. Will not go to this location again.

I have been to this location several times over the last three years. My last two times visiting customer service has been horrible. Today, I went to order mini pretzel dogs and the only one that was done was burnt in the warmer . So, I told the lady I could wait for some new ones . The lady replied with , you can just throw away the top one. See looked at them and proceeded to throw them away.
