The manager guy (older guy probably 35-45 years old) was super rude to his staff. These girls seemed like maybe high schoolers. This is no way a grown adult should talk to kids. Fix his attitude.

While I will was a the Starry Night showing, I was able to have amazing pretzels from Auntie Annes. Lillian was so helpful. She was kind and very knowledgeable. Jeff, the manager, was there and he was very kind as well. He was kind to all that were in line. This is a refeshing take on this location. Previously, the service and the pretzels where not good. Jeff and his staff have turned this location around. I will be visiting again soon.

I went there on my break and the staff was reallly friendly and soo sweet! I wanted a salted pretzel and he’d just sold his last couple to someone but the other girl offered me the one she was saving for her break ❤️ Thank you!! And they gave me some amazing recommendations! They’re doing a great job!

Seriously a staple treat when going to the mall. Only thing that makes going to the mall worth it! Customer service is fantastic and they all seem to work so well together. Only 3 stars for atmosphere because it’s literally the mall, I’m a millennial, and I’m surrounded by children with no manners.
