THE LNK GRILL drafts + crafts

This is one of the worst restaurant experiences in recent memory. The service was slow and terrible. The food was slow and terrible. There were plenty of employees and service staff so it must just be incompetence. One of the employees who was delivering food jammed her black gloved hands down her pants for a little scratch, right in the middle of the dining room , then just carried on. The 5 year old with us was the last served because food trickled out of the kitchen, cold, a plate at a time. Getting all of the meals took about 20 minutes. After the 45 minute wait. Much could be forgiven if the food was actually good but it was not. O/10 would not recommend.

We waited 45 minutes for our food while multiple tables who arrived after us were served first. We never even received the second beer we ordered. When the food finally came, it tasted terrible — and only half the table was served. The rest of us, including a hungry 5-year-old, had to keep waiting.
The staff member who delivered the food looked dirty and unkept, which did not help the experience. We even had to grab our own silverware because no one brought any.
When we shared our concerns with the waitress, the response was a dismissive “I’m sorry you feel that way.” We later went to speak with the manager and could clearly hear the waitress complaining about us for being unhappy.
Overall, an unbelievably poor experience from start to finish. We will never be back.

The bartender I think his name was Bret was very good. Reminded me of Tom Cruise from the movie Cocktail.

I had a great experience for my first time trying LNK!! Our server Madysen was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She took care of our table while also running the bar and everything came out fast and correct. Chill sporty environment and good food/drink options. Will be going again!

Was in with a ton of family and we had a very large table. The waitress was her great! However whoever one of the guys bringing out drink was not! Older and asked for a drink refill and literally said we’d have to ask our waitress. He had a tone in his voice and came back with the snotty response. Whoever he is needs fired! Learn how to be nice guy!

We recommend the BBQ won tons and charred wings. Excellent taste and good portions. Better than the food was the service. Madysen does a great job of keeping the drinks coming, while writing keno and serving food. She does it all and she does it with a great attitude and a smile.

We went to LNK for a night out with a group of friends. We had Madysen for our server and she was AMAZING!! she was running the bar and our table and did such a great job handling all of it! Our table was pretty large there was about 10 of us and everything came out correctly. The food was so good the entrées and the appetizers! I would highly recommend LNK for date night, family meals, or friends!

We had an amazing experience with great food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. One of the best restaurants in Lincoln we have been to.we tried the Elvis burger and the cheesy Gouda Mac and cheese bites. Those disappeared before pictures because they were “Amazing” and the charbuffed wings. If you want a great place to see the game, take the family or just enjoy a nice meal. Check this place out!
