I know now that I will not do mobile orders/to take out orders here. I’ve been standing for my pickup order for more than 45 mins. Not only they do take out orders ALOW but serve them wrong. I saw a bunch of people entering showing their phone and they made their order, while a couple of us were their before. The time I waited for some bagels was ridiculous! I hope they improve this. Food was good.

Bagels & Joe on Old Chaney Rd in Lincoln was by far a very pleasant dining experience! I ordered two bagels, and went back to order a third Everything bagel to go. The bagels were so fresh and tasty!!!! The young girls they have working there are very well trained and always smiling and working their butts off. I commend the management for a friendly staffing and dining establishment.

We placed a large pick up order for this morning and 2 sandwiches were missed in the order, I called the Old Cheney location and they were very apologetic, offered to make the missed sandwiches and deliver them! Solid locally roasted coffee. I would go back. Tried the India roast, it was solid. Could bump up to 5/5 if next coffee was better. Good and bagels looked fantastic too.

Yesterday we stopped in to B&J on old cheyney and paid for "add-ons" that we did not get, nor did they add the egg on the egg sandwich. The teenagers working there seemed more concerned about quickly getting through the line than actually making the orders properly. They slapped together messy, saucy "sandwiches" for us and sent us on our way. Plus we noticed while standing in line the floor behind the counter was absolutely filthy and dirty.We were so disappointed, so we called to give them an opportunity to make it right. Instead they claimed they couldn't hear us on the phone and didn't offer to refund nor even an apology for our horrid experience. We won't be back ever again.Sad cause we used to love this place!
