Visiting my family and decide to come here. 1st day I came it was good. 2nd time I came there was a hiccup with my sandwich. But I brought it back spoke with Allie and she fixed it. Also, had good conversation about Arizona (where I live). New bagel is YUM. Thank you for fixing it!

The girl behind the counter from arizona who puts butter on her pop tarts is an awesome person. She totally made our day...... And the bagels were good too!

This place is 0 for 3 with me! EVERY SINGLE TIME I order plain bagels and plain cream cheese, I get ALL plain bagels and NO cream cheese! And there’s always a missing item from the ordered that has been paid for. I only get promised a refund which never comes.
I’m not a Karen, I promise. I’m just beginning to show signs of post-Covid low value, terrible customer service and tip fatigue.

They can never get the order right. I swear everytime I go it’s wrong. I got bacon add on and charged and didn’t get the bacon. I pay i extra for cream cheese add on. doesn’t get cream cheese. the food still tastes good but it would be nice to get what i should considering its extra cost.

I thought we ordered breakfast sandwiches and burritos for a brunch at the baby shower and the order didn't go through, the manager at bagels and joes went out of her way to make everything perfect.Thank you so much.

My first time there, and it may be my last. All I needed was two containers of cream cheese spread. I bypassed the line because I didn't need to make a menu purchase, and proceed to the refrigerator case up by the registers and selected my cream cheese. To be considerate and polite I return the the back of the line behind people who have not paid and were still waiting for their items, instead of cutting in front of them. When it was my turn, I go up to the counter where there were two open registers. Both cashiers turned around and walked away from me. I place the cream cheese containers on the counter and wait, and wait. One casher returned, completely ignored me (with my hands on the cream cheese I sat on the counter) and she told a gentleman who was behind me she had his order. He kindly let the cashier know I was in line before him. She turned to me and said I would have to wait until she finished checking him out. The second cashier still missing. She could have asked if I was waiting on something or if the cream cheese was all I needed. She could have apologized, saying she had already started to ring in his order before she walked away from the register and/or have called for the second cashier to assist me. Yes, they were busy, no they were not swamped. Everything seemed to have a good flow, however I first felt ignored when they walked away from me, then I felt dismissed with how the cashier spoke to me.

I LOVE bagels and Joe, but I was very disappointed today. I always ask for avocado on the side when getting the breakfast sandwich, I also asked for extra /which is fine if I don't receive it/ but not only was the avocado not on the side /I'd be fine with that/ they did thinner than a paper amount I couldn't even taste it and had to open up the sandwich just to see it, and I paid 2$ for it. I also asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel with cream cheese and got LESS than what I would expect a normal one to have. I provided photos and you can see for yourself. Deeply disappointed.

Bad, bad, so bad
Homes put like the SLIGHTEST SMEAR of avacado and cream cheese when extra was requested. Its like they barely carry out any edits even if u pay extra. Homes must be shameful, man working has no honor here, sad bagel.

My favorite place for coffee and a meal. Their menu varies from location to location, but they're always super helpful in making me what I want even if it's not on that locations menu.

came in early this Sunday with my girlfriend for a early breakfast date like we normally do we have gone to another location and it’s always been great, decided to go to this location this time spent $25 on 2 breakfast burritos and I got some iced tea that was out in a spout next to the water that’s out for public use. I thought because the tea was next to the water in the public it would be okay to drink it with my meal, me and my girlfriend had an amazing meal together and I went back to get some more tea because the cups are tiny. When I returned to my table the lady working there came up to me and my girlfriend while we were talking and confronted me saying it’s not fair to everyone else and not fair for the restaurant that I’m drinking the tea. She said I’m only suppose to try the tea, she was extremely rude about it, made it seem like I was stealing and all I was doing was having my date with my girlfriend at 7am trying to have a nice quiet morning. I felt extremely confronted and thought she could have been WAY nicer to me. I spend a lot of money here and getting treated like I was stealing something was extremely rude. There was no sign that the tea wasn’t for public use and it was out in the open next to the water. I did go online and paid for a drink using there website before leaving because I would never want to take away from any business. if you can’t handle customers coming in early trying to have a quiet morning date spending time together please don’t work customer service at a breakfast place. I was extremely nice and constantly was saying thank you. this has ruined my Sunday morning and I hate the way you made me look infront of other customers and my girlfriend, Horrible.

Employees were very rude. She talked to me like I was stupid from the first sentence out of her mouth. She was then disrespectful and her whole demeanor was rude and she was looking at me crazy. Your employees need to be checked.

Rude entitled staff with the worst customer service. I’ve only visited this location once before and there was a friendly Asian guy that helped me and they were busy. But this last time I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I went in at 130p to get coffee and buy some coffee beans. I stood at the counter for over 10 mins. They helped the people around me but not me. No acknowledgement like I’ll be with you or one moment. The two girls who were closing completely ignored me as if I wasn’t there. I had to grab the workers attention to let her know I just wanted coffee because she was dumping it out. She said we only have 2 flavors now. I left with nothing. Was a humiliating experience, I felt like I did not belong.
I ended up going to Dunkin Donuts on “O” street they were really nice and even though they were busy, they still acknowledged me and I was happy to wait.

I hope the locals realize how good they have it with this gem. I was greeted with a friendly smile and great service. I ordered the lox bagel, a cappuccino and energy infusion. (Because there is never enough caffeine). The moment the perfectly made cappuccino hit my tongue, I knew I had come to the right place. The Lox bagel was also a plate of perfection and so delicious. Energy infusion was a nice cool and tasteful treat.
