If you don't want to be treated poorly, choose another Bagel shop. I went this morning, and the employee working at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive for no reason. I don't know her name, but she was the one assisting customers at that time. There is absolutely no excuse for treating paying customers with disrespect. If someone doesn't like dealing with the public, then they shouldn't be working in customer service.I left feeling frustrated and disgusted. This was my last time visiting this bagel shop. I pay for good service and a decent experience,,not to be treated badly...

Went to get my pickup order and the employees just kept looking at me and walking away while taking others orders and never asked me once what I was there for. The one employee that actually said something said “ we’ll be with you in just a moment” after being in there waiting for over 10 min. Service was absolutely terrible. Love bagel and joes but know not to go to that one if you are looking for good service. It wasn’t even busy in there :/

Our food was amazing! We ordered the Caprese panini and it tasted just like our food from Italy! All of the food and drinks we got were delicious. The server (I believe her name is Taylor) was incredibly kind and helpful. Get that girl a raise!!

I will not be coming back here for a while. Sandwich was good, coffee was not, but the service really killed my mood this morning. They could not handle the morning rush despite how many employees they had. The person who helped us came up, asked for the first item of our orders from me and my partner, and then pushed us to the end after he finished making those 2 items. By that time, 3 other servers with their customers had gone around us because of how long it took. He did not check back if we wanted anything else, and by the time he pushed us to the register, it was too late to ask for anything else, it was already holding up the line. The service was bad with no communication, and neither of us even got half of what we wanted to order because of how things were handle by the staff member we got. I hope that everyone who had to walk around us got what they wanted, because their servers seemed like they had a better handle on things.

I called in an order for morning delivery and even though it was being delivered from a different location Connie came to my rescue and made sure the ordered was entered and everything was taken care of. She was super helpful and their breakfast burritos are the best in town!

Usually I love Bagels and Joe. I am from out of town but it has been a place I usually meet a friend and dine in. Made an online order today and to pick that up most places you’re able to see the order ready & grab. Staff ignored the people clearly there for the pick up order. I took a step to see the name on the bag. You’d think it was a red carpet. No mam! Employee was eager to yell. We will get to you, you need to wait in line. While my beverages and food sit there I understand you’re busy. What’s the point in ordering online if I am there to just wait, the perk of unfriendly service? (N 86th, Lincoln)

First comment to customer is: “we have to make 10 burritos first just so you know” if all it takes is one big order to throw everything off then there is a bigger issue here. Every single table was dirty. It just seems to be run inefficiently. People with down time not seeming to notice what needs to be done. I didn’t care about it taking time. It’s not a fast food joint. But nearly all the dirty tables? Positive notes: Friendly Great iced tea! Food: panini was great! Salad a little small for price but was good. Clean bathrooms

Visiting my family and decide to come here. 1st day I came it was good. 2nd time I came there was a hiccup with my sandwich. But I brought it back spoke with Allie and she fixed it. Also, had good conversation about Arizona (where I live). New bagel is YUM. Thank you for fixing it!
