Your a bagel store, why are you out at 8:30am? This has happened numerous times, management needs to be changed!

It truly sucks that their food is so great, but their service is so bad. Careful if you have a large family (suv sized), they will tell you that you are confined to ordering inside and are not allowed to use the drive-through. With a straight face. Thankfully, the manager did not continue going back-and-forth when he knew that this was going to be an argument and just continued with preparing the order. This was a very uncomfortable experience, nonetheless.

My boyfriend and I went there for food, sadly didn't take Apple Pay. The workers there were very patient, and very kind to us to help us out. We really appreciate the workers there! Keep up the good work! Food was DELICIOUS ?

Their food is okay when they get the order correct but I am getting to the point where I don’t think I will try anymore due to how many times my food doesn’t come out right or up to standard. They either burn my bagel or don't toast it at all. Quiche was severely undercooked like completely runny. It’s sad because I enjoy this location and it’s very convenient by my work.

Met a neighbor for lunch. Great Creme Brulee drip coffee and blueberry muffin. Also had their Avocado Spring Greens Salad (or something close to that name). Very good. It was a quiet space for our conversation. We sat inside but they have a little outdoor seating as well. This was my first visit to this location. Good experience and I'm sure I'll be back.

She “burnt” my latte today and when I told her it was off she overcompensated by quickly pumping a whopping 4 pumps of flavor which was too much. I came up at a time when they weren’t busy so as to not be a bother, I spend my money here frequently I know how it should taste. Ultimately I gave up on hoping to save it and had to toss. This is trivial but I had already tipped them so I just wanted a drink I’d enjoy. Guess I’ll just go spend another $6 at Scooters where it’s more consistent.
