This was an awful experience. If you don’t have 45 minutes to wait when they’re slow don’t bother. They also knowingly will make your drink wrong and still service it to you because “oh well, it’s too late now”

What a great experience my son and I had today here. The service was the best. I absolutely loved the cashier's positive personality and suggestions. Our breakfast sandwiches were so much better than we anticipated. And our drinks were way better than some coffee places here in town. We loved the outdoor seating option with the beautiful weather we are having here. We even ordered a box of bagels to go for this week's breakfast ?

I tried the bagel breakfast sandwich, croissant breakfast sandwich, and breakfast burrito. The croissant sandwich was flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. The bagel sandwich was crunch on the outside, just how I like it. The breakfast burrito was good but I would've preferred if it was grilled a bit longer. I would definitely recommend a croissant sandwich and the bagel sandwich is a close second.
I really enjoy visiting here often, I work right next door. The bagels are amazing and the drinks are fabulous. I get fantastic service. However, lately I have noticed that the employees that have been working there longer are very unkind to the newer employees. They are openly rude to them in front of customers and that in not an acceptable way to treat co-workers. Something needs to change. Management needs to step in and correct this issue.

The entire staff working today couldn’t find an online order. 02/17/2024. It was more than 45 minutes late. I had to wait in a 20 minute line TWICE due to the staffs inability to locate an online order with the name and order number presented to them. Then one blonde chick with glasses said me yelling wasn’t helping when I had not yelled. All are rude and incompetent. She was the one being rude and raising her voice saying they can’t find stuff in the computer when it’s busy. As if it’s my fault their equipment is as reliable as their staff. I spent $45 and wish I had taken my business elsewhere. I will not return to this location. I hope the blonde with the glasses isn’t the manager, if so that explains this location’s problem.
