Usually I love Bagels and Joe. I am from out of town but it has been a place I usually meet a friend and dine in. Made an online order today and to pick that up most places you’re able to see the order ready & grab. Staff ignored the people clearly there for the pick up order. I took a step to see the name on the bag. You’d think it was a red carpet. No mam! Employee was eager to yell. We will get to you, you need to wait in line. While my beverages and food sit there I understand you’re busy. What’s the point in ordering online if I am there to just wait, the perk of unfriendly service? (N 86th, Lincoln)

Moved to Lincoln 3 months ago and work close by so i come in to get food and coffee pretty often. The food is very good. Not a huge fan of the eggs they use but other than that the food is amazing. Tauryn, Angel, and Kaitlynd are all there usually or one of them and their food making skills are on point, their customer service and friendliness is top notch. if bagel and joe management hasn’t given them some type of accolade for influencing customers amazing experience at the store on a daily basis, they need it. Even if the food wasn’t as good as it was, i’d probably stop in anyway.

unbelievable. incredible. delicious. fresh. slightly overpriced. that is the perfect description of my chipotle turkey panini. i’m not kidding, if it was slightly cheaper i’d come here weekly, minimum.

My first time there, and it may be my last. All I needed was two containers of cream cheese spread. I bypassed the line because I didn't need to make a menu purchase, and proceed to the refrigerator case up by the registers and selected my cream cheese. To be considerate and polite I return the the back of the line behind people who have not paid and were still waiting for their items, instead of cutting in front of them. When it was my turn, I go up to the counter where there were two open registers. Both cashiers turned around and walked away from me. I place the cream cheese containers on the counter and wait, and wait. One casher returned, completely ignored me (with my hands on the cream cheese I sat on the counter) and she told a gentleman who was behind me she had his order. He kindly let the cashier know I was in line before him. She turned to me and said I would have to wait until she finished checking him out. The second cashier still missing. She could have asked if I was waiting on something or if the cream cheese was all I needed. She could have apologized, saying she had already started to ring in his order before she walked away from the register and/or have called for the second cashier to assist me. Yes, they were busy, no they were not swamped. Everything seemed to have a good flow, however I first felt ignored when they walked away from me, then I felt dismissed with how the cashier spoke to me.

Decent place. The lox bagel is pretty good and so is their breakfast burrito. Coffee is a hit or miss. Sometimes too sweet, sometimes too milky; it depends. Would come here again for the bagels.
