Barred Owl, located on the 6th floor of the Scarlet Hotel, offers stunning views and a lively atmosphere. The space is gorgeous, with a fun and vibrant vibe that attracts many guests, especially on busy nights. The bar features a variety of craft beers on tap and a good selection of cocktails and mocktails, all of which are delicious. The lemon drop cocktails are particularly well-made, and the rock shrimp lettuce wraps are a popular dish. The outdoor rooftop area has a cool atmosphere, although the afternoon sun can make it uncomfortable at times. Service can be disorganized when busy, which sometimes affects the experience, but staff are friendly and try their best. The bathroom has a funky smell, but it doesn't detract too much from the overall fun and lively environment. The owl logo adds a charming touch to this energetic bar.
