I really like this bar, the rooftop has a great view. However, I have been here many times and if there is more than 20ish customers the wait for drinks is just too long. Forget getting more than one drink (if that) if you are planning to go before a volleyball game. The last time we waited 30min to get a drink, but ended up canceling our order and going elsewhere. Having more staff and bartenders during weekend, home volleyball games would likely help.

To start with the good. The place is well designed with a great view. The food is hit or miss with the ‘tatchos’ being mostly just a large plate of $16 tater tots with a little bit of toppings which were not bad but not by any means worth $16. The service is extremely slow, like sooooooo slow. Took us about 20 minutes to get our drinks and the server kept telling us the drinks were on their way (it was not THAT busy)(weirdly our tatchos came out sooner). In addition to the slow service; I asked the bartender if they could turn off the music outside since there was live music in the courtyard below and they said they would, yet they never did. The biggest low star in my book is the drink I ordered. I ordered a paper plane which is a simple 1:1:1:1 yet it was horrible. It was the color of a Manhattan yet was so off balance, I couldn’t finish it. If you go, order a beer or glass of wine, enjoy the view, and then go somewhere else for dinner.

Our first time visiting this much-talked about rooftop destination. They have a decent number of craft beers on tap and the old fashioned hit the spot. Definitely try the rock shrimp lettuce wraps! Our server, Sarah T, was super friendly and chatted us up. We will definitely be back!

The bar is nice and a very cool atmosphere, but the outdoor rooftop experience is ruined by poor planning—the afternoon sun is roasting it. The service is mediocre at best. They have nothing on their menu. What’s that about? The service is very disorganized, and not rude, but not very social either.

Good vibes, good cocktails. I'd give food a 5 but they were out of beef tartare- I really wanted to try it.

Sitting on the 6th floor of the Scarlet Hotel sits one of Lincoln's surprising gems. Aesthically beautiful, both inside and outside, with great views of Nebraska sunsets. Service from Julia was terrific; she was very knowledgeable and knew how to multi-task service with banter well. Awesome experience. Definitely will return.

Adult supervision needed with the staff. Understand that they are probably understaffed, but the bartenders were not conscientious nor courteous. Waited over 30 minutes for a refill of my drink, never got it after politely asking three times, and was pointed toward a water station nearby.

Gorgeous space! Tried some cocktails and mocktails and both were delicious. The place was absolutely hoppin' when we arrived around 8pm on a Friday night. Service definitely suffered a little due to how busy it was. The bathrooms had a funky smell to it, but otherwise, the place was certainly a fun experience. Love the owl logo a lot, too. ?
