Would not recommend.Wouldn’t have had a problem, very poor service, serve you every 20 minutes type… I wouldn’t have had a problem, but….A. The waitress who WAS VERY POOR at serving, was breathing over our necks… after 4 people took an hour and a half to eat…. WAS LOOKING OVER OUR NECKS at our tip trying to ( I assume intimidate my friend and I), but didn’t work.B. When we were leaving, the assistant manager had to announce, IN FRONT of everybody that we have gave them a thumbs down on the tablet & had to investigate???It wasn’t even the fact that they brought this to our attention, BUT THE MANNER IN WHICH SHE BROUGHT THIS IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY.A thumbs down? Really? Grow up.C. I understand mistakes, but 3 times and you’re OUT!XXXShe was lucky we left a tip. It was probably because the girl was right over our shoulders the whole time.Don’t eat with these clowns.

We usually get our food to go as we have littles at home. It's always ready on time and as ordered. They are always busy, any day of the week. I'm going to try the nachos next time I dine in.

Brought my mom to the restaurant today for lunch. We sat down and after a few minutes a very rude waitress approached the booth. She just tossed menus on the table and said what do you want to drink. The few times she came back to the table were the same way. What do you want to order with no kindness or friendly interaction. The blonde waitress that brought our food to our table was very friendly and upbeat. I wish we would have had her as our server instead. No reason to be rude to customers. Disappointed. The food was great, poor service.

Bit disorganized with schedule my friends party room, my glass was super dirty and I gave it back and still paid for a full drink and the waitress told us she wasn’t ringing up pop because it was $3/pop. Thought that’s as odd

We have been coming here for years and the last couple service has gone down hill dramatically today the five of us sat down and couldn’t get anyone to wait on us at all the manager was setting at a table with a regular customer for over 10 minutes playing on her phone and the other waitresses were all at another table talking loudly and using profanity food is still good but service was horrible! Won’t be back anytime soon.
Food was OK for the people that received it at are table. After everyone was finished I who was paying the bill for the table still hadn't got my foodm eat at the 2 locations once a week with the crews and have never had such bad service

My wife ordered chicken wings here and they were served raw. Seriously we will not be back. Do better big red seriously serving raw chicken wings the cook should be fired for health code violations. If I could give negative stars I would. The waitress was great but the cook need to learn how to cook chicken wings or get rid of the cook
