Hidden gem! I dare you to find better Indian grub at better prices. Anytime I'm on the SE side of town, I get excited to remember I can swing by Biji's Best. Tucked into a unassuming gas station, Biji's offers a rotating collection of hot meals that can be ladled out for take-away. I hadn't been here in years but finally got to visit again on a Friday afternoon. A small kitchen nestled within a gas station store, they have different Indian dishes each Friday. I got a half order of butter chicken and just about inhaled it. The freezer also has a wide variety of Indian dishes. With so few Indian restaurants in Lincoln, this is definitely worth a trip from the other side of town. ?
