Food is mediocre and unoriginal which isn't necessarily bad until you get the bill. Prices are set for tourists and visitors, locals don't eat here. Service is fine for a college town. With the prethora of options in downtown Lincoln Bison doesn't fill a need or want.

Bison Witches is the best sandwich restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. My bartender McKenna was the best I could have asked for. The food was also excellently prepared, get the California Kid on a croissant. I will happily be returning to Bison Witches Lincoln Witches in Lincoln.

A Lincoln favorite! We often like to go here for dinner before a movie downtown and have never been disappointed. My son is obsessed with the chicken nachos. I'm a big fan of the McQuinton. My husband loves the pastrami. Don't forget to upgrade to the CCQ, it's seriously the best!
This is the perfect place for what it is- its not aiming to be the restaurant from The Bear (well maybe season 1)- Its not trying to be Dish- its trying to be a place that serves great sandwiches and has great drinks for a decent cost. Its my favorite place in Lincoln- I have been there countless times and it has never let me down

I wanted to take the burden of cooking off the hands of my DIL and Son and surprise them with dinner delivery last night. I ordered two different soups, Wisconsin Cheese and Chili with a couple of bread bowls. A French Dip sandwich to share along with a salad and two chocolate chip cookies. Scheduled delivery for 4:00. Door Dash delivery (Sara) was right on time. DIL and Son were pleasantly surprised by the delivery. They absolutely loved the entire meal!! The ease of ordering from out of town was seamless. Door Dash delivery was spot on a cold and blustery day. I would highly recommend Bison Witch! Great experience + great food = Return customers 👏👏

Overall terrible experience and a waste of money. When we arrived all the servers were sitting at the bar on their phones. Ordered the chicken salad salad and it was absolutely disgusting, it had melted slice cheese on top of the chicken salad & shredded lettuce.
