Food is mediocre and unoriginal which isn't necessarily bad until you get the bill. Prices are set for tourists and visitors, locals don't eat here. Service is fine for a college town. With the prethora of options in downtown Lincoln Bison doesn't fill a need or want.

Bison Witches is the best sandwich restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. My bartender McKenna was the best I could have asked for. The food was also excellently prepared, get the California Kid on a croissant. I will happily be returning to Bison Witches Lincoln Witches in Lincoln.

Food was good, service sucks. A bunch of kids working and instead of coming to check our table to see if we're ready to pay or need anything else they're busy on their phones
