Blessing Thai Restaurant

I've been to Thailand so I know the authentic taste of Thai food. This was just ok. When you make Thai curry it has to be spot on because it's so flavorful and spicy. It really makes the dish. The young lady that waited on me was really nice and super sweet. I appreciate that. She wasn't Thai but (Karin) I never heard of the culture so I looked it up while I waited on my food.
Anyway, the atmosphere is pretty basic but I like it. If you're ever in town give them a shot.

It's a little slice of heaven and hands down one of the most underrated places in town. You want authentic Thai and amazing service... this is THE spot here in town for it!! 👏🏆👏

It's rare to find a restaurant that has Bible verses on the wall in Lincoln. What a wonderful place to bring our friend who was visiting from out-of-state!

Easily the best Thai restaurant in Lincoln and arguably in all of Nebraska. The food is consistently authentic, flavorful, and expertly prepared. It’s always a treat to dine here.

That said, it's important for new guests to understand that Thai cuisine is known for its bold flavors and heat. The staff does a great job offering customizable spice levels, so if you’re not a fan of spicy food, simply choose a lower level don’t order a 5 or 7 and then be surprised that it’s hot. Trust the process and the expertise of the chefs.

Absolutely love Blessing Thai! This place is hands-down one of the best spots for Thai food in Lincoln. The flavors are always rich and authentic — you can really taste the freshness in every dish. The Pad Thai is perfectly balanced, the curry is flavorful without being too spicy (unless you want it to be!), and the portions are generous. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the service is always quick. Whether I’m dining in or grabbing takeout, it never disappoints. Definitely a hidden gem — I keep coming back!
