We eat at Blue Sushi approximately three or four times a year - always for a special occasion. Our rolls were not as tasty as we have experienced in the past (we always order the same rolls). However, the appetizers and drinks were yummy, and the service was very good. Since it might have been a fluke, we will definitely be back again.

Blue continues to be our favorite dining experience in Lincoln. The sushi can't be beat and service is always amazing. All of the servers we have had are great but one that stands out is Becky. She's always so warm and friendly and super attentive. Make sure to order her signature cocktail when you go-you won't be disappointed!

It was a great experience all the way around. It was still happy hour so we got a few drinks, sushi and lettuce wraps. All came out at the same time so that was perfect. Our server was attentive and very personable. Good time!

Haven't been down to Blue in a while as we've been so busy but went last night and everything was phenomenal! Sat out on the patio and had Molly as our server. She was so sweet and attentive. The food was amazing along with the drinks! I highly recommend the Mama Mango off the new drink menu. The manager also stopped by and asked how everything was tasting which was a nice touch! Cannot wait to come back!!

We were told they had no reservation in my name, so we sat at the bar with my mom. Server didnt care about us, had to ask for everything we needed . Not a good experience but food was good

Food seemed a little off. Not exactly sure how to completely explain it, but it was happy hour and I wonder if the food maybe wasn't as fresh? Service and afmosphere still top notch, as usual.

Always one of our favorite sushi! They have a great Happy Hour menu! The kids love the tidal wave. We love the Yellowtail sashimi, the ichi sea bass and the crab soup!

Service was excellent. A rare restaurant in Lincoln where staff is trained to yield the right of way to patrons. Everything was great. Next time i want to sit on the east side!

We went for happy hour on Valentine's Day. Great value! We got the lettuce wraps, nigiri, a roll, brussels sprouts, and a glass of wine. The brussels sprouts are a must order!

Blue sushi is the best!! I do not like the cucumber in the water, but you can just ask for no cucumber. The tofu lettuce wraps are 11/10, as is the seasoned edamame. Literally some of the best sushi ever, and definitely a must-stop in Lincoln. Best sushi in town for sure.

Chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner and it definitely didn’t disappoint! We had the kindest young waitress (blonde curly hair and can’t recall her name) who was very pleasant and was quick to bring out drinks and check in on us . I tried edamame for the first time ever and loved or! I also had their miso soup and was pleasantly surprised by the awesome flavor.
Will definitely be coming back for another happy hour soon 🍸
