I love their chicken, however, on June 9th I ordered a 4 piece fried chicken and 2 20oz Pepsi's through Door dash and waited almost an hour and a half for my order. When it didn't get delivered, I cancelled my order. On the 11th of June I discovered they had taken $62.12 off my card. I've disputed the charge with my card company and they told me that this business had agreed to replace the money and put it back on my card and here it is August 15th and I'm still waiting for my money.

I come a lot and I always use my apply pay. But she has to switch the computer. I came today and she said they don’t accept Apple Pay. I think she just didn’t want to have to switch the computer. I try to order online and they only take card. I won’t be back now.

Was looking for pizza and not a chain pizza place. Found this place and the food did not disappoint. First off the place looks nothing like the food tastes. The Ritas Supreme pizza was delicious. I got Shrimp Linguine- noodles not over cooked and tons of shrimp in the dish. The pizza was piled with all the toppings and the crust was sturdy enough to hold it all together. It was a thin crust but delicious!!! We definitely will be going back to try other pizzas.

Make sure to count up what they are charging you. I realized after I ordered their math to add up to my total was incorrect and they added about 10 dollars for no reason and now they will not fix it. I’ve given them plenty of opportunity through phone call and email to explain the extra charge but all they will say is there is no extra charge. Last I checked 40+10 does not equal 60.
Absolutely incredible experience at Rita’s! The food was phenomenal, from the perfectly cooked pizza with the best cheese pull we’ve ever seen, to the delicious appetizer basket (mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, corn dogs, chicken strips, and cheesy ravioli) and the sweet funnel fries. Everything we tried was top-tier.
The vibe might throw you off at first, but don’t let that fool you, this place is a hidden gem. What really sets Rita’s apart is the personal touch. The owner, Rita, made sure we were fully taken care of and even helped us figure out what to order. She was so kind and genuinely welcoming, you can tell she cares about her customers and her food.
It’s a bit on the expensive side, but honestly, it’s worth every dollar. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend! 💯🍕

No bell peppers on pizza but pretty good
I ordered on the app and went to go pick up my order. I attempted to go inside but the door was locked and open sign still on. I then called them only to be told they couldn't make my food cause they didn't even have the ingredients or knew how to make it. This was baffling to me and irritating, why have stuff on the menu you are not prepared to make. Safe to say my saturday night was filled with disappointment, I really wanted something special and new to eat. At least I got my refund but not so sure I'll attempt to give them my business again.

My husband's favorite pepperoni pizza hands down, and he takes his pepperoni pizza seriously, so this remains quite the compliment. We love the ability for late night ordering when our options in town are limited, and the menu options are broad. While he eats only pepperoni, I love the more broad options and Rita's checks all the boxes. We've done takeout, and delivery. The delivery is nice as we live on the complete opposite side of town. Rita's will remain a staple in our rotation of ordering out.
