Made reservations and received a confirmation, walked through the rain to find that the restaurant was closed. Checked website again and it said they were open. The sign on the door said closed indefinitely. But open for special events. Would be nice to update website.

I love this place. So disappointed after coming from Omaha to learn they were closed for a private event. There was no message to convey that message or answer when we called. 1 star this time

Very good place clean area and the food was delish, our server was very attentive and I was satisfied with the margarita. The prices are well ok for seafood. Small menu but very tasty. Will come again and enjoy some seafood boil.

The food was way better than I thought it would be because we have been struggling to find good flavorful in Omaha. Good seasoning with spiciness and flavor with the crab boil. The crab cake turned out pretty good too.

Upon first walking in I didn't know if I was coming into the right place, thought I entered the wrong door. I sat outside which was nice, the location is small and had general decor. Server came out right away and got my drink order. She did a good job getting me an appetizer prior to my meal. Chef Oysters were the only ones available. They were good. Crawfish tasted good, I do think I enjoyed the mild much more then the herb and garlic.

We were told to pick a table outside since we didn’t not have a reservation. We asked where and the server told us just put some tables together. We put tables together and the SAME server who told us to pick a spot anywhere closed the gate next to our table without any explanation whatsoever. The servers were rude. When we went back in to the building to ask what was going on we were greeted with unprofessionalism and rudeness. The manager (who turned out to be the server) was no exception-she informed us “good thing there are a several other places to eat”. Terrible. Extremely disappointed but in talking with others this evening we are not alone in the poor treatment by the staff at Bourbon Street.

Less than ideal experience. Had a reservation and was seated fairly quickly then it went downhill. Waited about a half hour for a server and then only got one because I flagged a waiter. My husband’s order was wrong, He didn’t even eat and was originally charged, charge was taken off after he complained. My daughter’s order was originally wrong. When the correct order was received, it was obvious that they took the sandwich that was originally on it and replaced it with the chicken tenders she ordered. You can see the pesto sauce on her plate. Tables that came in after us were served quicker than us and the “manager” made excuses instead of apologizing. There were a lot of excuses made but no real apology or resolution. First time in years we were tempted to walk out without paying. Shame too, has good potential.

I wish I could give a higher review, as this restaurant had the potential to be a nice place. My family and I made a reservation and were seated quickly, but all of that took a turn even faster. We ended up having to wait almost a half hour to even get drinks ordered, and that was only after we flagged down a waiter. My dad's order was not only incorrect, but it was also cold. He didn't eat it and still got charged for it, and only got the charge dropped after he complained. My order was initially wrong. I had ordered the chicken strips and received a chicken sandwich, and when that was corrected, it was obvious that the strips were just put on the same plate in place of the sandwich, as there was a blob of pesto (which the chicken strips do not come with) underneath the lukewarm fries. I would’ve even taken the same plate if it were cleaned off, but to just leave food from the incorrect order on there is incredibly tacky. People that came in after us were served quicker than we were and the manager (if she even is one) was disrespectful and made excuses instead of apologizing. When my dad spoke with her about my plate, she said “She ate her plate so it clearly didn’t bother her”. Do not speak for other people like that. It did bother me. I didn’t see the pesto at first because it was underneath the fries. Obviously I would have to eat part of it to see it. What if I were allergic to pesto and accidentally ingested some? What would the excuse be then? Being busy is not an acceptable reason to be rude.Overall there was no real apology or resolution given. Do not come to this restaurant, seeing as we were not the only customers treated poorly. This is the first time I was ever tempted to walk out of a place without paying.(The trash was on the floor when we got there, as well.)

Service was fine. Food should’ve came in a bag. Instead, food came out in a bucket, probably served to 100s of people from the same bucket. Got a bib but no gloves. Food got cold as soon as I got it because the server threw it out the bucket into the plate. I’ve been to several Cajun boil restaurants in many states, no one has these outrageous prices at this service. Definitely do not recommend.

Waiter was very professional and attentive. We had the shrimp and crab boil. Large portion of each. Very enjoyable. We will go back!Parking: Lots of parking

Quaint place, but for some authentic boils it's worth the stop. They bring out a big bucket and dump it Infront of you. Crawfish, sausage, everything, is pretty good. Very cool, authentic experience.

Came into Bourbon Street at 9:25pm to eat with my boyfriend. Yes I know they close at 10pm but we were hungry and in the mood for some seafood. The host or server said they are closing, I said your website says you close at 10pm and she said their kitchen closes at 9:30, mind you it’s still not even 9:30pm yet. Just unprofessional and rude, no apologies. Do not recommend.

I made reservations the night before the Blake Shelton concert to come to this restaurant and try it again. It was delicious! We went with the spicy shrimp and crab leg boil and added crawfish with it. We had leftovers to take home, walked out super stuffed…and it was worth it! Our server was very friendly, the food came out super fast, and I’m happy to give this restaurant a much better review this time around.
