The food and atmosphere are what you expect from a chain wings sports bar. The service for my to go order was abysmal. They forgot all of the condiments, dressings, vegetables Etc, including sides we paid for. Every. Single. One. When I called to get a refund on the paid items, the call was never picked up and received a message that no one was able to take my call, no voicemail. It was not busy when I picked up my order.

Ordered a to go order, we arrived and decided we wanted to eat inside. The hostess said we couldn’t unless we ordered something inside the restaurant. We said okay, we wanted to order some alcoholic drinks. She still seemed hesitant and said we would have to sit and eat at the bar then. We said never mind because we didn’t want to eat at the bar, we wanted to sit at a table. We waited for our to go order that was supposed to be ready at 7PM. At 7:08 I asked how much longer, she said another 5-10 minutes. Still spent money with them so I don’t see what the big deal was us to sit down at a table, we would have been fine with ordering drinks and tipping a server but apparently that wasn’t allowed.

Absolute joke, I tried ordering food it kept telling me to try again later, I called multiple times and finally someone answered. I told them what I’d like and they told me that was an online promo only, I explained the online issue and they told me they knew and have been experiencing issues all night. I finally got an order to go through online and we picked up the food. After getting home and opening it we realized I was charged for cheese curds which I didn’t not receive. I called back was hung up on numerous times I was finally put on hold for a total of 46 minutes! The manager was supposed to call me back and now I’m being told I may not receive a refund for something I did not receive or order. This place should be ashamed they definitely just lost alp my business!

We were extremely disappointed with the service at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived, we waited over an hour just to get a burger. To make matters worse, customers who came after us were served their burgers first. Was that racist behavior towards us because we are Asian? I will never go back to this place

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service is always AWFUL. No matter how busy they are. Food is cold. Beer is warm (by the time you get it).

Chicken tested pre-salted and batter was very salty and they weren’t wings they mostly resembled nuggets. But I use the sauce at home and the sauces are wonderful and full of flavor. The honey barbecue needed more of a honey flavor. Not sure about service or atmosphere because we ordered through a third party service. Overall wouldn’t order from again due to the amount of salt.

We ordered delivery from the P street location for lunch on a Sunday. They forgot to give our dasher 1/2 of our order. When we called to tell them, they had us call doordash to reissue the order or told us to come pick ot up ourselves. Okay fine, we called Door Dash. Door Dash was helpful. They reissued the order.

We selected no sauce on some of the boneless wings for our toddler. They sauced all the wings. They gave us blue cheese instead of ranch. They gave us one bag of carrots and celery instead of the 5 we requested. We usually a lot slide, but this was super disappointing considering how much we spent. We don't have these problems at the other Lincoln locations.

We entered the establishment and there was a sign that said wait to be seated. A person walked by us and said someone would be over to seat you and walked away. 5 minutes later we were seated clear in the back while there were plenty of empty booths closer. We placed our drink orders and food orders at the same time. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks. We received our appetizer and had almost completed it before our drinks arrived. I inquired why were are drinks being delayed and had a rude response. The manager came over and was very professional to our needs. We did not ask for any discount but she replied that our next drink would be free. And of course I was charged for it. We paid a 62.00 tab which by the way had an extra charge for wings we did not order. The other couple that was with us paid us the difference because they were supposed to be on their tab.

Came in for the bogo Wings on Tuesdays, And also had rewards. Told the server I wanted to use the points so I wrote down the phone number on my receipt like always. She did not use my rewards number and said there isn’t anything she could do

You ever walked into a place and kinda felt bad because they closed rather soon? Hate to do it, but a guy was kinda hungry & thirsty. Sheena at the bar was swamped but she was eager to have us order and had no qualms about whatever time it was just that we were hungry. We’re gonna come back because she invited us for traditional Tuesday, she also told us to get the rewards but I’m sick of having so many apps.

TLDR: great food but very poor service.

Always happy with the food, and they’re always willing to put any game on. Good atmosphere for sure. But they have consistently bad service, especially for carry out. Consistently over the past 3-4 carry out orders the servers have entirely ignored me, made eye contact while I was waiting at the front for my food and avoided me, etc. the food is done, even when I always have to actually wave down a server to get it for me from behind their counter. They always act annoyed, bothered, etc. Dining in I usually end up waiting long periods of time - not for the food itself but for things like refills, sauces, the check, etc. even when it’s not busy.

I ordered to go. I was very disappointed when I came home to small dried wings….
I’ve never gotten wings like this. Ever. They’re small, extremely dry and crusty. Not sure what they’re doing in the kitchen but pretty upset.

I would love to give ZERO stars but you have to give at least 1 star. Slow, said it would be ready at 12:50 it is now 1pm and still no order. Also, the person that came in after everyone is already leaving with their food horrible service. If I wanted to hang out in Buffalo Wild Wings for 25 minutes, I would have went to dine in I would not have placed an order to go. If you have somewhere to be don’t order from here
