Food was inedible, didn't get our whole order, had to ask for napkins and silverware, staff looked like zombies shuffling around, and the wait was crazy for the amount of people there. Never going back. Should've asked for a refund.

Horrible location even on Buffalo wild wings standards. The last two times that I’ve come in here, both on Sundays to watch football games, I’ve had to walk out because after 10 to 15 minutes I still haven’t been greeted or even approached by an employee. Both times I’ve went straight to the bar, looked at the menu, watched the bartender walk around aimlessly, while another employee sat at a table, chatting with friends. There was only three tables occupied in the restaurant, and I saw at least three waitresses walking around doing nothing.

Beer was fast but then waited 35 min for an appraiser. Waiter said sorry lots of online orders. We left before we got any food

I was just in there and the lady ignored me for like 5 minutes before another lady finally took notice that I was standing there. The rude lady was cursing and just looked at me and ignored me. The lady that finally acknowledged me said the Veterans Day special is only dine-in but online it says to go too.

When we arrived there were no other customers. We were immediately seated and greeted.. My party consisted of myself and 2 others. The server took our order, brought our drinks and then was nowhere to be found. Several other tables were sat after us and recieved their food before us by the other workers. . When we did finally get our food, the appetizer was brought out with the main order. . The sides were raw/undercooked, and the bone in wings were full of feathers and burnt. We waited over 20 minutes for the server to finally bring us our check after she had cashed out the other tables that arrived after us. We will not be returning. The service was unacceptable and the food was so bad we didnt even finish eating. Due to the server being nowhere to be found we didnt even get a chance to make a complaint or ask for new food.

Ordered a chicken sandwich.......received a chicken patty in a box, no bun, no pickle. My disappointment is immeasurable and my evening is ruined. May gorgoroth take mercy on your souls

Service was bad, I ordered a beer with my meal and had to go up to the hostess and ask her if she could get it. Took over 20 minutes for a beer. Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. What would you get is a small piece of chicken with mayonnaise and pickles on it. No lettuce or any kind of sides. Fries were okay. Service just was very sad and they weren't even busy. Come on people

Ordered a chicken wrap and cheese fries. The wrap wasn’t cut in half so you basically got a jumbo burrito. No cheese on the fries. Threw half of wrap away as it was horrible. I called and talked to Amber who said she would reimburse me for the .75 cent cheese. Guess she thought that was sufficient for the poor food.

Waited for over half an hour for a table. There were 8 of 10 tables dirty, but open in the front. Only two tables in the back taken. When we did finally get seated, the server got our drinks wrong. We opted not to eat, as we didn’t have time. Will never be back.

Waited and hour for a burger and fries just for my fries to be cold and my burger to be remade their were two to three tables seated No one attending the front I won’t be back

We had a lovely post game dinner because our server, Gypsy, made for a memorable and fun experience. If you attend this BWW I recommend asking for her!

When we walked in with our 1 year old they told us it would likely be 30-40 minutes till food would be out. We accepted that, got a table at 7:05. We didn’t get offered a high chair or booster, not a big deal but we would have liked the opportunity to ask for one closer to when food came but didn’t get a chance as all the wait staff was scarce. But pretty busy at the bar. Whatever. Anyway appetizer came out in 15 minutes. We consider that to be timely and we’re very happy with that. We picked the easiest thing (chips and dip) and it was what we expected. Then it took a turn, we were in too deep, the appetizer had been consumed. Every 15ish minutes she kinda just walked by as we were taming a wild turning feral 1 year old that had a timer that we believed would be fine based on the timeline given. Boy were we wrong and boy were they wrong. We had to take him out a few times to calm him down. After the food came it was moderately warm and the fries were hot at 8:15. He was appeased the pregnant impatient wife was appeased. We got done eating in not time at all. Done eating by 8:25. Sat there for another 10 minutes before we were able to flag the server down to ask for the ticket. While paying they mentioned that they were sorry they had a bunch of mobile orders come in and those take first priority in the window.

So any dine in patrons get what’s left of their time. Just so anyone that’s gotten this far understands, if you dine in you are last in their eyes for service.

It’s taken me a couple tries on their service, but tonight was the last straw that I finally left a review. The promised time lines to find out we just kept getting bumped down the list.

Unless they offer some sort of really good apology, that was the last time we dine there and this will be a story to share at coming events when people want to make small talk. They say good publicity earns you 3 new customers and bad loses you 10. Well you probably lost 3 tonight. And we’ll work on the other 7 after this horrible experience.
