In the past we’ve placed a fairly large take out order during the lunch hours and it was packaged perfectly, accurately and ready precisely when they said it would be. Nothing missing! Exact amount of sauces asked for.

Sat 20 mins before someone came to our table, all the wait staff but 1 were congregation at the wait staff counter, apps came out with entrée and they acted understaffed but they had several wait staff. Very disappointing.

We ordered delivery from this location and had some issues with the delivery menu online so I called, Lily was the wonderful lady on the phone and she was so kind and patient! I was ordering for my father who had been driving hours on end and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of for him and she was so unbelievably helpful! Didn't make me feel like a bother at all, she should be commended for her outstanding customer service!!
Went for UFC318. Worst experience I've ever had at a BWW, though i've gone to many for many sporting events. Super hot inside, couldn't get comfortable. We were seated at a dirty table. The waitress took 10 minutes + to come clean it. Beer was barely over roomtemp. Drinks took forever to come out. Bottomless apps came out undercooked. Food came out 40 minutes after ordering....cold. All in all, worst experience I've ever had at a BWW, and the place wasn't even full.

While nothing extraordinary, this place delivered exactly what you'd expect and props to them for that. The boneless wings and fries were spot on, and honestly, hard to beat for the money. The bartender handling our table did a great job and stayed friendly, even while working on a holiday. Much appreciated!

Stopped by for lunch on our away back home and the food was great! our server did well at keeping track of us and our needs. I wish I remembered her name so I could thank her personally in this review. I don't see much chance of stopping again but if we are in Lincoln, we would eat there again.
