Food quality is starting to fall in line with other restaurants. Chicken doesn't seem as fresh, and the broccoli was almost rubbery. The sauces are also starting to thin out. The wait staff was great and there was no wait to get in on a Tuesday night around 7PM. I'll come back in the future to see if food quality has improved.

I ordered to go. When I hot home I saw that there was no Honey BBQ Sauce in my bag and only Ranch. I wanted ranch for the Veg. I had to drive all the way back to get the Sauce and Veg. Pain in The neck when they don't get a To Go order wrong.

The good - onion rings....excellent. wrap - excellent!
The bad- online order, forgot multiple sauces and made the wrong sides with entrées. Over half of our chicken tenders were over cooked - tough and chewy. But flavor was there!

Nothing special about this place. It seems like servers are instructed not to have a personality. Save yourself the money and time and just microwave or air fry food at home. It’ll be the same as eating here.
I was expecting worse service after reading other reviews, but Jordan was very attentive.

Our service was horrible, I took my boyfriend here to eat for his birthday & he got fifteen wings, didn't even get a refill on our drinks, she didn't check on us once! When we asked for a Togo box she took forever to bring it & we even had to look for her to get our check. My boyfriend was disappointed in the wings, said they tasted burnt & was very unpleasant

One of the slower parts of the day, between lunch and dinner. 3 tables of guests, 2 servers and I waited. I waited to be seated. I waited for my server. I waited for my drink. I waited and waited to place my order.
The wings were good. The soft drink was over priced.
The table was sticky.
I’ve been it other BWR before, I was never thought of it as better or worse than the larger competitors. This experience had me rethinking it.
Next time I’ll probably go to the competition.

We went around 3-3:30pm (slow time) and they were very quick to seat us and get us our drinks!
The whole place was very clean and well maintained. They lined their walls with large TV's so no matter where you were sitting you always have a great view.
We got the Korean and sweet habanero boneless wings with a side of fries, we also tried some of their creative lemonades - I got a blueberry lemonade to start and then got the pop rocking lemonade (IT HAD POP ROCKS!) and they were amazing!
The wings had a crispiness that I thought could only come from homemade wings, the sauces they used were also fantastic!
the food is not good and the service is non-existent. Need a refill? Good luck, the server is no where to be found. Very poor quality food and stupid prices.

I came in to pick up orders for others, and the bartender was very attentive, kept me updated on the status of my wait. And I even got a water for myself on this hot day. Thank you, it felt like a first-class service!

The park fries were good excellent and the BBQ rings were an interesting switch.
Servers are kind. Food is decent. Had my keno written incorrectly almost everytime I come in here though. Super disappointing. Be sure to double check your tickets before leaving the counter so your money isn't wasted like mine.

To go order set to pick up at 6:02 finally at 650 I was able to talk to a manager to request to cancel. They were busy and understaffed but management should have been at the door triaging. The young kid at the door trying to host with no help, he deserves 5 stars.

Food and drinks were really good. Way understaffed. There were people standing at the door for quite some time waiting to even be talked to and the restaurant was empty. I’m sure it’s the same old issue with lack of help but it was a one waitress show over lunch today.
