Ordered food to go so I can bring it for a friend. Realized after the fact that don’t provide utensils, so couldn’t eat the mediocre overpriced cold wings until I got home. Reminds me why I don’t really go there. Probably won’t be back.

We all had a fried chicken entree if done type with sauce. Wings, sandwich, wrap. The sauces were tasty and the chicken was crispy. The only drawback was they weren't very busy, but the wait time was too long for a lunch hour.

I went in, and it was not that busy for seated very fast. The food was amazing, and the server was one of the best servers I had.
I arrived a little early but decided to wait until five minutes before my scheduled pickup time to call. A woman on the phone said my order would be out shortly. After waiting five minutes, then another fifteen, no one came out. I called again, and a man asked if I was at the right location, saying he couldn't find my order. He muttered something to himself about it possibly being on the front desk, then finally brought out my order—cold and soggy. He didn't say a single word about the delay or confusion in any way. Given the poor experience, this will likely be my last time picking up from this location.

Food quality is starting to fall in line with other restaurants. Chicken doesn't seem as fresh, and the broccoli was almost rubbery. The sauces are also starting to thin out. The wait staff was great and there was no wait to get in on a Tuesday night around 7PM. I'll come back in the future to see if food quality has improved.

I ordered to go. When I hot home I saw that there was no Honey BBQ Sauce in my bag and only Ranch. I wanted ranch for the Veg. I had to drive all the way back to get the Sauce and Veg. Pain in The neck when they don't get a To Go order wrong.

The good - onion rings....excellent. wrap - excellent!
The bad- online order, forgot multiple sauces and made the wrong sides with entrées. Over half of our chicken tenders were over cooked - tough and chewy. But flavor was there!
