Takes over 45 minutes to get your food. Poor customer service and management doesn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t be surprised if this Location closed the doors for good!

Last two times going thru here my food was cold.
They did not pay attention to how I wanted my food, specifically my burger, for the bacon, NO MICROWAVE, IT TOOK 20 MINUTES WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 10 MIN

Drive through window is incredibly hard to reach. Passenger had to get out to get food and when they did sliped and fell on spilled food right out the car door, scraping them up pretty bad.
It's not as if they don't know the setup of their drive through window is a struffor short cars, no employees should be even trying to hand food through the window to anything but SUVs or Trucks until it is renovated to fix this.

I came through the drive thru my order consisted of four wraps 3 spicy and 1 CLASSIC (the lady over the speaker wrong in a honey mustard) a whopper and 2 of the Franken sundays when we got to the window the nice young gentleman read the order back to us and we asked him to correct the error on order and he assured us he did he then gave us our drinks and sundays and told us it was going to be a wait for the wraps as they had just dropped the chicken for the wraps after waiting ten minutes he brought our food out I then asked if they could remake the sundays because they had already started melting and he was pleasantly nice about it and told me he would not even two minutes later the same lady that had already messed the order comes out with said Sundays in hand turning the upside down flailing her arms with the nastiest attitude telling me they are barely melted and wasn’t going to remake them to which I told her that they had already started melting and by the time I got home so she huffed and talked ride under her breath and walked inside and then brought what I’m sure is either the same ones due to them being super runny when we got home less then a 5 minute drive or just angrily made so skimped on either way she was rude and disgusting and didn’t do her job right

I did DoorDash I ordered the whopper meal. I have never seen whopper meal come with pork and mine came with pork mind you I am allergic to pork. This Burger King suck. My food was cold like they took it out of the fridge and it had bacon on it, which I did not order.
