Fountain for drinks was kind of gross and the drinks were very watered down, I even dumped the flavor I had and got a different one, still very watered down. The burgers were great, the fries were inconsistently salted, some had none, some had way too much.

The time it takes to get your food is ridiculous. 25 is wild for “fast food” Got home to find out I’m missing my food and there’s no sauce for our 3 12 piece chicken fries. Also missing 3 Hershey pies. I e called 5 times now with no answer! Irritating! Especially when I paid for a ride to take me there!

Took 40 minutes to get my food, and the drive-thru was at least 7 cars deep. The cars got out of line and left. For all that, when I did get my food, all I got was "sorry for the wait." This was a horrible experience, beyond ridiculous.

I haven't had Burger King for a long time so I was really excited. First of all I had to find a Burger King that was still open, as far as I know there's only two locations here but I went to the one in Belmont. It was middle of the day around 3:00 . The hamburger was good but it was sloppy and messy and the french fries weren't fresh. It still tasted good though.

Make sure you are not in a hurry at this location, average wait time to get food is 15-20 minutes even in the drive thru, but the employees are nice and the food is usually good, though it is a little expensive.

Just got home from your location.. Did not get our full order but where charged for everything we ordered.. Tried to call several times no one picked up the phone and mailbox was full and wasn't taking new messages.. Way to run a business.. My son now has to drive back to your location and hopes they can give him the rest of our order and it not be cold! Uggg very frustrating

Before covid they were as fast as McDonald's. Pull up to the window. Wait a minute. Get your food.
Now it's 15+ min & they lose your order, can't even find it on the computer, make it incorrectly, hand you someone else's order, OR if you confuse them by going through both drive thru lanes you might get skipped 3 times from them only talking to lane #1 before they come back to confirm your order in lane #2 15 minutes later.
There's customer drive-offs every time I'm there either before OR after they order due to the line not moving at all.
