Food and service were good. The property and building on the other hand, embarrassing. If you can’t afford to maintain your business then sell it. Signage broken, menu broken, building run down. The whole thing barely looks open. People see that and assume that no one there cares, it’s probably dirty, the food won’t be good. Thankfully the food and service was good enough to combat the awful state of this property. This franchise should be embarrassed and needs to do some work to this location

Went through the drive through and the person taking orders was so rude and interruptive that I just left. I’m guessing they’re trying to improve drive through times but if you’d just listen instead of interrupting I was going to answer all the questions you had. But you were so rude I left and went to amigos for a better breakfast :)

Forgot to add cheese to my sandwich but I did find a long strand of hair in my sandwich…not the best
3 people working. The GM in here straight hustling her tail off. I’m impressed. Had to ding them one star for atmosphere- cleanliness but I’m at BK. Even saw her interact with one of the employees explaining what low carb went and was shocked by her patience despite the urgency. Nice Job!

Drive thru. Paid $10 for two burgers...that's a rip off from the start. Then they gave me unclear directions about where to pull forward....when I was the only customer in line!!! Waited too long for food that cost too much money. Nothing good I could say.

I always swear off Burger King, especially this location, I always give it another chance just to leave irritated and disappointed. I ordered 3 wraps, a burger, and fries, didn't get my fries. This is every single time, this location needs to regroup and figure out a system asap because it's honestly ridiculous.

Spent a half hour in the drive thru to be told to wait out front. All in all, took that long to get the half my order, no coffee. Someone else French toast sticks. This location needs to close, Simlify the menu or something. I ordered online. There is no reason it should take that long to make a $6 order and no reason for it not to be correct when it finally makes it to me. Just terrible. Worst restaurant experience ever. Avoid until they figure out how to be a fast food restaurant again.Attempt #2 2nd chances.Was told to pull around. Got forgot lol. Went inside nobody knew where my order was. I'd still be sitting there. It wasn't even busy either time. This store has major issues. Trial to see maybe just bad days. Every day is bad days. I cannot stress how this burger king will ruin your day. Avoid.
