My wife and I stopped coming here because we came in absolutely no one at counter we waited seemed like 10 minutes we were just hitting the door and 4 people came from the back they took our order and we got it quickly and we understood why hammer and fries were cold not ice cold but cold enough not to enjoy Will never go back again Bad food bad service

I feel like I'm being generous with a three. Their menu is broken. They could not switch it from lunch to breakfast menu. And did not have any kind of printed menu I could look at. The young man working was fairly uninformative as I tried to order from a menu. I didn't know. The coffee wasn't made when I got there, and he only filled my cup a little over half full. Generally disappointed.

Currently going on 20 minutes in the drive thru and if I could drive away, I would. Unfortunately I’m stuck in this awful place. Who knows how much longer it will be. It’s not even that busy.

Go to this bk pretty often and I don’t know why I keep going back. Always missing an item or a sauce or a fork. I have gotten the cini minis with no icing in the bag or box practically every time I go.

Having 2 lanes, and ignoring one of them is bad. Drive thru needs to be reduced to 1 lane. Put a cone there, or something. Else, drive thru is super awful and slow.
