I had no idea I was about to walk into a full Spongebob crossover episode at the drive thru, but this Burger King crew absolutely made my day. The automated Spongebob welcome message already caught me off guard in the best way, and then the staff member taking my order kept the theme going with a bright, bubbly greeting that had me laughing right away.
Every team member I met at the window was cheerful and genuinely having fun, and that kind of energy spreads fast. When I got my food, one of them said, “She has a question for you.” I braced myself, and then the original Spongebob–spirited voice chimed in with, “I’ll give you a free cookie if you can answer this one question: Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?” Naturally, I belted out “SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS” in perfect theme song rhythm. The whole team cracked up, and honestly, so did I.
It was a simple drive thru visit, yet this crew made me feel important and included, almost like I was part of their team for a moment. That kind of joy is rare, and they delivered it effortlessly. Huge shoutout to this location for turning an ordinary stop into a highlight of my day. I’ll be raving about this visit for a while.
Even better? The Bikini Bottom Bundle was absolutely delicious!!!

Last couple times I’ve ordered the OG chicken sandwich I’ve gotten it wrong. I asked for Everything on it the first time, & Got nothing on it, just chicken. Second time I asked to add pickle, but got cheese instead of pickle. The person making them is either doing it on purpose because they hate customers, or don’t understand what’s going on, because they end up doing the opposite. They need an employee who genuinely cares about doing things right. Please hire better staff, we don’t want this BK to close down as well. Hire better staff PLEASE, or train this person to listen better.

I'm in the parking lot 6:12 am on Saturday in the morning waiting for them to open the light out side aren't on even the lobby light is out the sing said 6 am open kind disappointed with this location and isn't the first time couple time already wait for now 6:16 still not open

If you're driving by this location and looking for a quick bite then just keep driving to the next option. I would have thought the minimum wage practically doubling overnight that maybe fast food workers would start to care about their jobs but that's definitely not the case here. Staff is highly unorganized just like every other BK. I'll never eat that trash again.
