Last couple times I’ve ordered the OG chicken sandwich I’ve gotten it wrong. I asked for Everything on it the first time, & Got nothing on it, just chicken. Second time I asked to add pickle, but got cheese instead of pickle. The person making them is either doing it on purpose because they hate customers, or don’t understand what’s going on, because they end up doing the opposite. They need an employee who genuinely cares about doing things right. Please hire better staff, we don’t want this BK to close down as well. Hire better staff PLEASE, or train this person to listen better.

I'm in the parking lot 6:12 am on Saturday in the morning waiting for them to open the light out side aren't on even the lobby light is out the sing said 6 am open kind disappointed with this location and isn't the first time couple time already wait for now 6:16 still not open

I was bummed first order of the new sourdough burgers had big mac sauce GROSS. would have been nice to know it was on there, was a VERY expensive lunch!!! Had to throw that away, order whopper

If you're driving by this location and looking for a quick bite then just keep driving to the next option. I would have thought the minimum wage practically doubling overnight that maybe fast food workers would start to care about their jobs but that's definitely not the case here. Staff is highly unorganized just like every other BK. I'll never eat that trash again.

Worried about business going out so bad they are awful to their employees, hanging on to every last string just to keep the place up and running- you’ll lose ur job if you don’t offer crowns to every customer. Bugs in ice roaches in ice cream machine. Don’t work or eat here.

I came into the dining room to place my order. 2 workers just looked at me and never said a word to me. I said hello to them 3 times, it was like I was invisible. I tried to use the kiosk to place my order, it was out of order. Finally someone acknowledged me. I asked why they didn't acknowledge me? He said, can't you see Were busy with drive thru? I ordered finally. It took another 10 minutes to get my order, the order was wrong. The worker tried to argue with me. I ordered onion rings but got fries. Finally I got the onion rings. I had a 3 minute drive got home, the food was stale and cold. Burger King is not what it used to be. They are more expensive than their competition. The service is horrible and the quality has gone downhill

Horrible food! Fries came out room temp, burgers were probably a few hours old, and the chicken sandwich was dry. Everything about my visit was horrible! I would have been better off going home to eat ramen noodles! Pretty much all of the burger kings have went down hill! Steer clear!
