Went thru drive-thru. The lady at the window was very nice but forgot to ask us if we wanted our Receipt. First i started with the fries, they task like the oil need changed or they were reheated, then my cheeses bites taste the same. Then as I was eatting my bacon Cheeseburger the bacon didn't taste done. When I open my burger the bacon looked UNCOOK! Then I try to call the store to let manger know. Called 4 times, first time no one picked up and it went to voice-mail, 2nd time they picked up and then hung up on me didn't even say anything but I could hear talking in the background. 3rd and 4th time they allowed it to go to voice-mail again. Will be contacting Their corporate office off website. Very very disappointed in you guys! Do better because my next call is health department already got 4 bk in lincoln closed do you really want to be next.

I got to the drive thru speaker and was asked to wait. I waited for 4-5 minutes with no response and just drove forward. There was no one ahead of me, no one at the window. And, this wasn't some unusual hour. It was half past noon. How do you just let the drive though sit unattended at lunch time?

First things first, to any manager that reads this: You do not actually keep your drive thru times down by making customers wait in the parking lot.So, I visited this location on 1/21/24 at approx 1845. I placed my order of 2 whoppers, and original chicken sandwich. I was asked to wait in the parking lot while my food was being prepared. It took near 10 minutes for the order to be brought out. When it was, the order was missing one of the whoppers. The complete and utter snide attitude I got from the employee when I pointed this out was completely uncalled for. It was a simple mistake. I simply asked for the order to be made complete. No attitude necessary. 10/10 will not return to this location.

Serve at the drive through has on a pair of black sweatpants with a marijuana leaf and the word “addicted” underneath (in Addidas-style lettering) on the upper thigh. I’m guessing if they have a uniform or dress code that’s not it! Unprofessional and inappropriate. Guy was friendly, though, service was slow and food was what you would expect from any fast food place.

I'm glad that there are still a few of these around with it being my favorite and that this one is close to where I live. My particular visit was accompanied by someone who took tremendous pride in his job and made my trip through the drive thru at pleasant and as quick as possible. If the world has more of him there would be more burger kings around.
