I am always impressed with the quality of food and flavors here! I love the fact that Lincoln has something that you would find on the west coast; healthy, well thought out flavors, and quick service! Thanks Cafè Botanica!

My mom and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch here today. We were warmly greeted by the staff and thought the cafe had a very cute and cozy vibe. I had the Thai Crunch salad (minus the chicken) and Radiance juice while my mom enjoyed the pasta salad and Immune To It juice. We really loved all of the fresh flavors and ingredients. As a gluten-free vegetarian, it was nice to leave feeling satisfied and excited to come back to try more menu items. Thanks for the great fuel for the day!

I work near this location, and fell in love with the food the first time I ordered. My favorites are the Greek salad and the grilled cheese and apple. Not to mention the Barbee Smoothie bowl is the best I have ever had!

Got a wrap here, it was soggy and not fresh. I actually think I got food poisoning from it.

I’ve really wanted to like this place, especially since they promote themselves as a healthy and clean option. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a consistently good experience here. It had been about a year since my last visit, and I decided to give it another try. I ordered a superlatte listed at $6, but somehow it ended up being $10 after simply adding maple syrup, a shot of espresso, and choosing a milk option that was offered to me — with no clear indication of the extra cost. It would be helpful if pricing was more transparent, especially for customizations that seem pretty standard. Still, the space is nice and the concept has potential, but it just hasn’t delivered for me.

Employees not helpful and quite rude. Have tried out this place twice and both experiences weren’t great. Employee made zero effort to be helpful or courteous when there was confusion on a missing item from our take out order when inquiring through a phone call - just claimed they would be taking a loss and it was our fault.

Absolutely delicious! Cool environment! Organic superfood! It takes a little bit for them to make the food, but it is definitely worth the wait!! Highly recommend!!!

I was disappointed with the service I received recently as a new customer. My coworker picked up our take out orders for us. We didn’t know the chips wouldn’t be in the bag with the order that was set out with our names on it. Not a big deal, but called to get refunded for the chips that I didn’t receive. The girl that answered said, “well, it’s not really our problem”. I asked to speak to a manger but she wasn’t there. So I asked that they have her call me. I’m assuming they never gave her the message because I still haven’t heard from her. For me, it’s really not about the $2 chips. It’s about the attitude from the worker and poor customer service.
The food was disappointing as there was barely any meat on my buffalo chicken wrap. One thin slice of deli meat. So definitely didn’t feel it was worth the price I paid. Bummed because I love supporting local businesses and the shop really has such a cute vibe. But after that overall experience I don’t think myself or my coworkers will be going back.

I actually really like this place but I ran here after I felt like I got assaulted by the buffalo chicken wrap + recovery juice.. I saw other reviews on the wrap (sadly after I already got into it) and I have to agree, it needs a complete revamp. The deli meat chicken is plain not good, and the overload of avocado in combination with the fishy tasting chicken made me feel like I had a mouthful of grocery store sushi. I’m not a picky eater whatsoever, and biting into this wrap made me gag.
The recovery juice is okay, but it would be 1000X better with a brighter fruit added to cut the dirt taste from the beets. I’m not opposed to ordering it with pineapple or something like that, but it just sucked spending $9 on the juice to figure out it needs modification to be enjoyable. I feel like I just spent $20 on a fear factor meal.
The customer service is top tier, they had my mobile order ready quickly, and shoutout to you guys for making mobile orders easy through Toast!
All in all I will be returning, as you guys have done a great job providing quick and healthy food and beverage options in Lincoln, but the buffalo wrap definitely needs a makeover. I was super disappointed in not only the wrap but also the overwhelming beet flavor of the juice.

I didn’t like the food here, and the cafe itself is just okay. The place only has ~15 chairs, so probably isn’t a space to get work done.
The food itself wasn’t as good as I’ve heard it to be, but I didn’t get the açaí bowls that they’re known for. The cafe is very health-centered, so I will give them credit for that. However, I ordered a wrap with chicken in it, but it was deli meat. Like, the incredibly processed meat that comes in slices and is filled with artificial flavors. Maybe they buy it from a clean brand or something, but I expected better from them, especially when paying $11 for a wrap that wasn’t large by any means. My friends got drinks and both didn’t have much flavor (one got a matcha the other got some type of chai). The drinks just taste like almond milk, but it was a REALLY GOOD tasting almond milk. I wouldn’t return, but if you’re looking for a healthier option for some cafe food that might be kinda bland, this is the spot.

I’ve been coming here for smoothies all summer! Love all the healthy options to choose from. Although I am partial to my pink drink!
