This is such a gem in the heart of Lincoln. Steeped in the true texas tradition, Canyon Joe's would be right at home in Austin TX or any other central Texas community. Luck for Lincoln it is not in Texas, it is right downtown. If you are a true fan of craft BBQ where details mater, you will not be disappointed. I always look forward to my trips to Lincoln and on of my favorite BBQ spots.

Awsome place, they are very military friendly and even have a designated parking spot for veterans or active military. The food is amazing. Not only did we dine in, but we ended up taking some bbq to go. You need to get the burnt ends. They are amazing, and the beans are as well.

We visited Canyon Joe’s for the first time this weekend and our experience was fantastic! Our kids are already asking when we can go back! The employees were super friendly and helpful. We ordered the 3 meat plate (brisket and ribs) and a hot link and it was the perfect amount for our family! The Texas Gold barbecue sauce was great! We finished it off with desert—which hit the spot! We will definitely be back!
