The best Christmas pop up bar I’ve ever been to. Amber, the manager went above and beyond! The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. There’s always a fun activity planned to keep patrons entertained. Highly recommend this place. 10/10. No notes

Stopped into Captain Jacks Saturday night for their pop up Christmas bar, it was SO CUTE. Quick service even while it was so busy! Had such a fun time, the staff was great! So friendly and attentive. Naomi was incredible behind the bar…calm, confident, and completely in her element. Even with half the bar shut down, she handled the chaos with grace and dark charm, staying attentive and kind despite some truly rude customers. Maggie was also fantastic, working seamlessly alongside her and helping keep the night running smoothly. The bartenders went above and beyond to be accommodating, and their professionalism made all the difference.

Well, we usually play dart leagues here once in a while, but we came all the way there tonight, found parking, and walked blocks to get there, just to find out that the fire marshall had closed off the dart area for whatever reason?? Which is not a big deal in itself. We can find another bar to play at. But the bartender had absolutely no clue about ANYthing. She was rude and absolutely did NOT care one bit when we asked questions. We asked if they could maybe let the other teams playing know that they weren't going to be able to play there so they didn't go through the same hassle we did. She did all but flat out refuse. I'm pretty sure she never told a soul. So, sorry other dart teams who play here, you're going to be finding out too late that you can't play there.
If the owner or anyone at ALL contacts me and gets it cleared up, I will change my review.

Captain Jack's is, without question, one of the best bars in downtown Lincoln. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always welcoming.
I am still relatively new to Lincoln, but I've seen some cool things during the last year while living in this awesome city. They recently expanded and now have a pool table, darts, and more room to move around. The TVs are awesome, but sometimes the live games differ from television to television and that's frustrating. Probably more of a technology thing; not sure how that all works.
The bathrooms are singles. If it's a quiet day or night, no problem. If there are a ton of people, hold onto your bladder.
I would warn anyone with kiddos: this place is a downtown spot that caters to the 21+ crowd. They have food vendors occasionally, but there's not a kitchen or any kind of food service. Also, beware that it's a soccer bar, and shit gets crazy during big games. Or matches. Not my sport, but if you're into soccer, this seems to be the place.
Overall, cool freaking bar with friendly people and very nice staff running the show. Perfect, badass location for anyone exploring downtown Lincoln.

Stopped in here for the first time Saturday night. Was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, and service! Raven was serving that night. 5/5 for her. Great vibes from her. She’s a fun conversationalist, and her customer service is top notch! (She made sure to check in on people to see how they were doing!) This bar hit the spot!
Highly recommend and will be happy to return in the future!

If you are going to have college bartenders, you need to remember that not all your patrons are college age. He only was nice to us when we were ordering drinks, and he was receiving our tips. Once it was time for us to request music, he did whatever he wanted to make his friends at the bar happy
