My only concern about Casa as I see a woman who is just standing and watching everyone around her work hard. She doesn’t help wait staff or clear tables!! She just stands there can I have her job please I am available
As much as I have tried to avoid posting on social media, it seems that there is no way to elicit a response from Casa Bovina. A couple of week ago, for our 25th anniversary, my wife and I went to Casa Bovina for the first time.
We chose to do the tasting. On the 3rd course, a risotto dish, my wife found a a very long hair in her food. Not just laying on top, but embedded in the food.

Arguably the nicest restaurant in the state of Nebraska. My wife and I have travelled and ate a luxurious restaurants around the world and this stacks up with anything you’ll find in New York, Chicago, LA, etc. What an incredible high end dining option for Lincoln and Nebraska.
