This is a decent store I frequent it often. Also, charge my EV there. Somebody that works there and drives a black truck parks in front of the chademo charger. Several times when somebody was using the next charger, I had to wait. Hoping the person will realize one day hiw inconsiderate this is.

I went into the store this evening today is the. A Saturday 1/20/24 I made a mistake and I said I'm sorry this lady snatched the stuff. Threw it on the counter. Rolled her eyes at me, snatched my money and then threw it at me. This lady has got brown hair and glasses. She needs to lose her job. This customer service person is not very good. She got an attitude with several of the people that come in.

They have a hyper fast DC charger for EVs (other slower chargers too). Makes the trip for Omaha to Beatrice a breeze! Sometimes non-EV cars use the charging spots as parking though but that's not Casey's fault.

Casey's here used to have a free tire air machine. Loved it. Now they switched it out for an automated machine that costs $1.75. Wouldn't be a big deal but its broke - detects your tire pressure as being 99 (the max) and just lets all the air out of your tire. When I reported this to the staff and suggested they put a sign on it they said "We can't put a sign on it, its a third party vendor machine. You have to call the number on the machine."I don't really care who is providing the equipment or service - it's got Casey's name on it, its at their store, and they are clearly fine letting people put money into a machine that doesn't work and will cost someone potentially a LOT more money (if they don't notice they are letting air out before it goes flat). I'll bring my business to Route 66 a few streets over from now on. I hope their air machine makes more money a week than two big tanks of gas a week, cause that's what they are losing from me in business.

Perfect electric charging location!It may sound basic, but this is my fourth charging stop today, but my first with a bathroom and the opportunity to wash my windshield!Well lit and easy, pretty quick access from the freeway!I look forward to this being the norm.

I called in Saturday May 6th at 3:46 and ordered 2 large pizzas and the lady told me 25 minutes. I drove to Lincoln (I don't live in Lincoln). Arrived at 4:24 and was told they wouldn't be ready till 5:08. I said I was told 25 minutes. Jeremy Trent Young pulled the ticket down said you want to see the ticket. I said I didn't care what the ticket said I was told 25 minutes. He then crumbled up the ticket and told me to go someplace else to get my food they weren't going to make it. SERIOUSLY I have never had such poor customer service. If Jeremy doesn't want,need or like his job then you need to find someone else. I had people waiting on me for the pizzas at the lake. So I went to the lake, ordered pizzas from a different Casey's location and had my grandson bring it out, 2 hours later.

Put my gas on the wrong pump because she was too busy complaining about not having coworkers to work to prevent her from covering shifts. If you hate your job, quit. Its nobody else's problem to fix.

Went in to get a sub sandwich at 12:35pm and the guy at the counter where they make the sandwiches said they can't make subs because thier sandwich maker comes in at 1pm everyday. Who in their right mind has a sandwich maker come in at the ending of the lunch hour. Dumbest thing I have heard of

Made a mistake when ordering online. When I arrived at the store, Brent (I believe his name is) or Brett, immediately corrected my mistake. Delicious pizza and excellent customer service. Thanks again.

It's sad that the store showed open 24hrs. At 4am in the morning all the lights are on. You can see people in thr store, yet the doors are locked. If you are closing, you need to turn lights off, and a closed sign would be nice. Then wouldn't waist their time stopping!
