The picture speaks for itself. If this is what is being served all the time, they should be out of business. This is straight sad. Barely any chicken, one small glob of ranch in the middle and the cheese looks like plastic. 0/10. I will not return.

Today me and my sons went to eat here and one of them spilt his drink so he was getting napkins to clean it up and when my seven year old went to grab some the manger with a mean mug on his face grabbed the napkin dispenser pulled it back and said you can’t have no more napkins… mind you my son just wanted to clean up behind him self and this was a white man and my son is mixed so I took it as he was being bias and some what racist and when my husband came out the manger disappeared. I felt like he was very rude and disrespectful

Didn't serve me when they said they opend at 11:00 am said to wait 10 minutes for the register lady to come out she came out and told me to wait 5 more minutes if your not going to open at 11 then don't say you open at 11:00 am

I love it here the staff is very nice and friendly to me and I love the wings that you guys have delicious I will definitely come back in few days to get some cheesestakes and you guys know my exact order which is awesome and happy holidays to the Charley's cheesestake associates and the supervisors and the bosses
