One of our favorite restaurants! When we had a less than great experience with carry out, the manager was MORE than awesome to correct it! Impressive! We would not hesitate to order carry out again and we will certainly not hesitate to go to the restaurant... Best burgers in town!

The food was very delicious! They weren't busy at all. The service was really poor. The server was inattentive and didn't seem very interested in giving good service. Lots of wait time and errors. I can be sympathetic to an overworked wait staff. That didn't seem to be the case here. Maybe she was just really new.

Burgers are not of the quality one would expect from a burger bar. We ordered the beer cheese burger and the onion straws were oddly chewy, the patty was cold, and the beer cheese was a thick paste with little flavor. As stated in previous reviews, other customers have agreed with this specific burger. The server kindly took the burger off our ticket. However, the manager came out chewing on the onion straws and disagreed with our comment. The interaction was odd and passive aggressive. In the restaurant business the customer is always right.

My favorite burger place in Lincoln. Definitely in my top list of burger places in Lincoln and my favorite. It’s not pretentious, prices are not unreasonable, music is not assaulting my ears, and meat tastes really good. Fries are seasoned well, but not over salted or super greasy. (In my picture, fries are a “share” portion.)

The option to sit outside to eat was nice. The service was good and consistent.
In no way was the burger juicy. I get it- for the price point, there’s only so much wagyu included. But it was a thin, well done patty. No option was given in the menu or by the server to ask for how I wanted the burger cooked, so I’m guessing all the burger patties are like that.
The brioche bun was good, but definitely overpowered the burger, even with bacon and bleu cheese on it. Oddly, the bleu cheese was a little thin/runny and I didn’t get much of the tang of the bleu cheese. Guessing it was a bleu cheese salad dressing.
The cheese fries would definitely have been better with a beer to cut the taste and the texture. The cheese was too thick; it was tough to get it onto the “dry” fries. The heat from the fries should have helped the cheese remain gooey and spreadable, but it didn’t. The cheese set/solidified pretty fast.
The strawberry lemonade looked homemade, but it was literally lemonade poured over frozen strawberry chunks. There was no hint of strawberry in the drink unless you got that strawberry chunk in your sip.
I love tequila, but I usually have it straight up or in margarita form…so I can’t say much about the raspberry tequila cocktail. Someone who prefers cocktails might enjoy it.

Disappointing experience. We were the only 2 people in the whole restaurant at 5pm and ordered two burgers, tots & cheese curds. The burgers were dry & overcooked to the point of being inedible. Waitress offered to remake one and it was equally as bad as the first one. Tots were cold.

It was the most delicious and juicy burger. The garlic aioli was phenomenal. Green onions in my fries ?? Excellent. The first time I went there was in the restaurant :-) it was great atmosphere and clean, the second time I doordashed, and the food was still excellent.

First time at Charred Burger and really enjoyed it! We had the Carolina BBQ and French Dip burgers—very tasty. The service really stands out—Bethany S did a great job and was very attentive. We’ll be back for sure!

Service took forever, “burgers” were way over done, orders were wrong, tots were nothing but grease. The open atmosphere is nothing but loud. Had to yell to chat with family. I give every place a chance but I’m not coming back here.

Woah! First time here! Really good! If you are going to a movie at Southpointe, show your stub and great free fries! I got a grilled chicken burger. Haven't tried wagyu beef burger here yet, but if it is anything like what I just had, I am sure it will be very good! Chicken burger was solid! Fries were great! Got three sauces, jalapeño aioli, ranch, and garlic aioli. Sauces were bursting with flavor! Chicken burger was very gourmet! Highly recommend!!!!
