Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich when we were the only customers in the whole restaurant and still got a cold sandwich that is supposed to be hot. Very disappointing and completely insane being the only customers in the whole restaurant just to get a cold sandwich and not even an apology for it

Would not recommend this location. Placed an order for 12pm pickup. Arrived at 12:15 - order wasnât ready until 12:30 and was incorrect. There were 2 customers in the restaurant so it wasnât busy. Manager on staff didnât have an explanation and didnât offer any solutions . Also waited 10+ minutes to be helped because no staff was on the floor in front of restaurant - had to call their phone number so someone would come out and help me. Disappointing overall, especially given the Omaha locations are excellent.

The truffle aioli sauce is so good! the burger was so flavorful. Menu options are AWESOME. Our server was very helpful and genuine. Just a great all around experience.

One of our favorite restaurants! When we had a less than great experience with carry out, the manager was MORE than awesome to correct it! Impressive! We would not hesitate to order carry out again and we will certainly not hesitate to go to the restaurant... Best burgers in town!

The food was very delicious! They weren't busy at all. The service was really poor. The server was inattentive and didn't seem very interested in giving good service. Lots of wait time and errors. I can be sympathetic to an overworked wait staff. That didn't seem to be the case here. Maybe she was just really new.

Burgers are not of the quality one would expect from a burger bar. We ordered the beer cheese burger and the onion straws were oddly chewy, the patty was cold, and the beer cheese was a thick paste with little flavor. As stated in previous reviews, other customers have agreed with this specific burger. The server kindly took the burger off our ticket. However, the manager came out chewing on the onion straws and disagreed with our comment. The interaction was odd and passive aggressive. In the restaurant business the customer is always right.

My favorite burger place in Lincoln. Definitely in my top list of burger places in Lincoln and my favorite. Itâs not pretentious, prices are not unreasonable, music is not assaulting my ears, and meat tastes really good. Fries are seasoned well, but not over salted or super greasy. (In my picture, fries are a âshareâ portion.)
