The food is always amazing, and typically fairly quick, my kids looove this place so that's a win too. The service is always pretty good but I do think they might be understaffed. There's been a few times there's only 1 waiter and way too many tables for only one. So I don't hold that against them if it's a staffing issue. If it's poor planning then they need to work on that. I recommend the cheese fry's for the family to share with their burgers, they give you tons, and are my favorite thing on the menu.

My party really liked all of their burgers, lemonades, and sandwiches. We thought the sides could have been better! The service was slow for there only being 2 tables in the restaurant. But overall a decent experience!

Soooooo Good! Loved the burger. BUT very slow service. The place felt as if a nice restaurant and a fast food one had a baby. Cool but not the place to take a first date. The food felt more upscale than the service or ambiance. With that said very reasonable prices, so if the food is motivated by taste and not a luxury setting, check this place out. Had the service been more prompt, it would have been a 4-star experience.

The fried cheese/pickles are really good!They should be on the dessert menu not the appetizers.They and their sauces are so strong that I couldn't taste my steakhouse burger. Let me explain, I couldn't taste horseradish. HORSERADISH TROLLED BY PICKLES?It was probably a good burger. Get the pickles but eat them last.

We’re from out of town and just stopped at the first place we saw. The grilled chicken sandwich was amazing as well as the cheese curds. The food and portion sizes were great. They seemed short staffed. They were unable to seat us right away despite several open tables being available, presumably because they didn't want their wait staff spread too thin. Once we were seated, we waited for quite awhile before the manager came to check on us. He took our drink and food order. We didn't see our assigned server until she brought the bill. Our table was next to the overhead glass doors. Since it was winter, it was a bit chilly and our view was of stacked outdoor chairs. As I stated, the food was great, so I hope they are able to work out their staffing issues.
