“I placed a carryout order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready. I was told the person who answered the phone sent the order to the wrong restaurant. Manager was very apologetic, made my food right away in ten minutes and didn't charge me a dime. Mistakes happen, but they went above and beyond to make things right. Much appreciated“

“They did make a mistake on my friends meal because the man at the register entered in the wrong sauce. But that happens, so no biggie. He apologized and promptly remade it. And all was well otherwise. Good food. And their workers were hustling diligently, not just moseying through it like some places.“

“Tucked in a gas station like it’s hiding from the health inspector, this place serves a cheesesteak that hits like it was forged in Philly and smuggled across state lines. The bread is right, the meat is real, and they’ll throw jalapeños on it without asking if you’ve cleared it with your cardiologist. In Lincoln, where flavor goes to die, this place is a major miracle. Every bite tastes like rebellion against mayonnaise culture. Five stars for doing God’s work in enemy territory.“
