Not on my recommended list if you want to get frozen yogurt. This place is a mess at the best of times, and a dump at the worst of times.

All the toppings were hard and tasted “old”!! Hot fudge was sour tasting!! Cookies and cream yogurt was also sour tasting!! We only came here because Yogurtini was closed!!! So bad!

I only went to Cherry on Top because yogurtini was closed. I thought it was just that this place was really bad. Then another customer returned his because it was horrible. I asked if he had the cake batter also and he said yes and it tasted rotten. He asked for a refund and the person behind the counter just put an out of order sign on the yogurt and gave no refund to me or the other guest. This place really is bad. If this is the only yogurt place you’ve been to then try anywhere else and taste real frozen yogurt.

The place is filthy!! The worker hides behind the counter on her phone. Lights and signs don't work, and the lollipops are from 2022.

Everything is completely filthy. The place is completely empty and the worker is just messing around on their phone. The doors, windows, handles, tables, chairs, food signs, everything is sticky and covered in who knows what. The customers should not have to clean their own tables and chairs in order to sit down and enjoy.

This place is incredibly dirty. The ice cream machines are dirty, toppings bar filthy, tables and chairs nasty. Even the floor. I shouldn’t have to take out disinfectant wipes and clean my own table and chairs while the worker plays on their phone.

The place was dirty from the front door to the back door. The tables were dirty. The person on staff was behind the counter on her computer the entire time. No welcome no assistance. The hot fudge machine squirted all over my clothes. The staff did nothing to fix the machine, apologize, or help me clean it up. But they did charge me for the yogurt that had to be thrown away. Do not waste your money here.

So expensive.........
