Well, here's what Chick-Fil-A Southpointe Pavilion and the University didn't tell you about getting your free Chick-Fil-A sandwich for Brickin' for Chicken. It's not simply 'claim it in the app.' Maybe next time tell people in advance that you have to a) have location enabled in the app and then b) tell people to open the app at Pinnacle Bank when they pa guy makes the announcement. There's nothing in the Brickin' For Chicken information emailed to season ticketholders other than claim it in the app. We sat through that Hoiberg stinker, 17 Rutgers offensive rebounds and ten missed free throws by Nebraska. The plan was grab some Chick-Fil-A before wrestling at Devaney tonight. Glad I called in advance. We'll grab Subway. 😒

I ordered a 12 piece and only got 9 I ordered only 2 sauces and somehow they get Polynesian and chickfil sauce mixed up like do better I don't know if I can come back or survive off of this encounter do better Chick-fil-A ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Well first off i LOVE chick-fil-a! But this one here in Lincoln City kind of was a disappointment. The restaurant was a horrific mess. Food all over the floor. Bathroom nasty. Stuff just not kept clean and neat. I have a ,celiac disease,a gluten allergy, and the guy didn’t really know much about it seemed. Well the bottom line is if the restaurant is so dirty i felt like my food wouldn’t have stayed Gluten free either. It was a disappointment but would just like to give a word to someone yo step up the cleanliness of the place! I do love chick-fil-a btw 😊

And provided a wonderful and compassionate experience. I can't give 10 stars. But with the quality of the food and the polite staff. This is a 10/10
I come to this chick fil a a lot and now it’s becoming a place I hate to go to for food. it shouldn’t be this bad where they are messing up my order 5 times in this month …crazy.if u pay for something you might not end up getting it or it’s going to the the wrong order or just wrong completely. time to change locations but get your shit together please

Im am leaving a 5 star because I love this place. But had always wanted the breakfast. So today I got the sausage breakfast bowl. It was a five . But the size was a one star. I was disappointed the bowl it less than half full .
Love the food! Great customer service! Came around and ask if we needed anything.
