Pulled in drive through at 10:15 with a breakfast mobile order places. I thought the point of a drive through was that it was fast and efficient. NOT HERE. 3 cars ahead of me and i get to the speaker at 10:32 WITH A MOBILE ORDER PLACED. and they told me they could not make my order because breakfast had ended 2 minutes prior. but i had a MOBILE ORDER OMG. I ALREADY PAYED FOR MY FOOD. did not get out of drive through till 10:50. GIANT waste of time just to get a refund. laughable service.

I'm serious. They may be on on the pricier side of fast food, the Jesus chicken cannot be beat, especially since the price difference between McDonald's and Chick-fil-A is so close. It's almost a no-brainer, you get a better quality of food, and a staff that has mastered the art of customer service, my only complaint would be the dining room is a bit small and of course they are not open on Sundays. But these are very nitpicky to say the least. Definitely my go-to on Uber eats will forever be returning! Also, that Austin gentleman at the counter deserves a raise, his expert management skills Let him lead his staff like they were a true well-oiled machine!
I order catering here almost monthly for work- hundreds of dollars. I set the time for 15-30 minutes before I need it. Every single time I have to stand there for 30 minutes. What is the point of ordering early if it’s never ready?
