I normally like this place, but today I had a bad experience. It was a downtime, and the worker who was handing out mobile orders was being incredibly lazy and unprofessional. I went up, scanned my receipt, and he proceeded to stand there, knowing I had scanned my receipt, looking at his phone. It seemed he was watching some Snapchat story. I stood there without being acknowledged for at least 10 seconds before he finally wordlessly turned around, grabbed my food and handed it to me. I proceeded to look inside of the bag for sauces, and when I looked up he was holding them out to me over the bag. Didn’t even bother telling me he had the sauces. CFA normally has incredibly kind staff. I don’t know how management allowed this man to be hired. Clearly he is not a proper candidate for the job or has received zero training. Through the whole interaction, he said no words to me. None. That sort of customer service is simply intolerable.

I asked for a large mac and cheese. They gave me a small and charged me for a large. I’m never going back. They screw up my order every time I go to the Union Chick-fil-A. These workers can’t be in college; they’re not smart enough.

The food is definitely tasty but not as filling as I'd like for its prices. Their drive through moves steadily even when super busy which is great.
Dietary restrictions: Thankfully it's easy to just take off cheese from something when ordering if you have dairy restrictions or intolerance.

Didn't go there, never will. Half my children would be killed if this places founders got their way. Also, pickle brine is the big secret and employees shouldn't be made to stand outside in inclement weather to take your order. That's cruel.

it’s always closing at the most random times and it never actually opened for their stated times. it really makes finals week hard when you’re expecting it to still be open until 9pm like the other union restaurant. also they don’t have their chicken noodle soup.
